Truly one of my favorite jewelry companies. Every single thing I have ordered from there I have been obsessed with. So trendy, so fun, and always get compliments every time I wear anything from Frasier. Reasonably priced and shipping comes so fast. 10/10 would recommend every time, and great for gifts!!!!

The package does take time to arrive, but not MONTHS like some reviews say. I contacted customer service and they need serious help in that department… I found that Instagram is the best method of communicating with them. The quality is cheap but pretty standard for the prices. Ordered four pieces and bc one “custom” item took so much time, three items arrived before and we got a refund for the “custom”. Pretty sure its an aliexpress scam. Won’t be buying from them again, but, they’re not as bad as some say.

Ordered a necklace during a promotion that took a month to ship. After three weeks of no shipment and the event I wanted to wear it to coming and going, I reached our to cancel my order for a full refund. The company said they don't offer refunds under their policy, even though the policy is apparently to ship all items between 7-14 days. They were also terribly condescending in all of my emails to them, always calling me "babe" or "sweetie". The necklace ended up being so cheap that it broke after one wear.

Frasier Sterling is an amazing company to purchase from! I love all of their products and can't wait for new collections! Their service department is the best.... Very customer friendly.

I absolutely love Frasier Sterling jewelry and was SO excited to see that they launched a lounge wear line. I have been wearing their jewelry for years and love to see all the new trendy designs they come out with. But with so much time at home, I thought it was time to try their loungewear. I LIVE in my balance me out sweatpants! They fit so cute and are a nice, thick material. My order was shipped and delivered so fast, I can’t wait to see what’s next in the FS loungewear collection.
