Purchase of my first buy to let !! Got me there

James helped me purchase my first investment property and I honestly couldn’t have done it without him. As a busy professional, I’d wanted to get onto the property ladder for a long time but struggled to find the right deal and the right support — James solved both.
He sourced a genuinely discounted deal and guided me through every step of the process with patience and expertise. He was friendly, responsive, and informative throughout, and nothing was ever too much trouble. What I appreciated most was that at no point did I feel pressured — he let me make my own decisions while making sure I had everything I needed to make them confidently.
I’m absolutely delighted with the outcome and I’m already looking forward to working with James on future opportunities. If you’re thinking about investing in property, I would not hesitate to recommend him.

Informative, Trustworthy, and Highly Recommended

I first discovered Frater Property Partners through their YouTube channel, which offers clear, informative advice on property investment.

After learning a lot from their videos, I spoke with James, who created a tailored plan for me and shared valuable insights from his experience.

He was never pushy, encouraged me to take my time, and invited me to follow up with any questions. I truly value their professionalism, supportive approach, and expertise.

I plan to invest with them soon.

Thoroughly Recommend

I found James through the content he makes on social media. I didn't feel like I had a clear understanding of my property goals, but with the help of James's content, and after speaking with James, he guided me through the process so effortlessly and took the time to understand my situation and what I was looking for. Would thoroughly recommend James & Frater Property Partners to anyone.

Frater and the team have been awesome

Having stumbled across James’ YouTube channel we got in touch with Frater to discuss our next buy to let purchase in a few months time and whilst we are yet to purchase from Frater their knowledge and advice have been second to none. The team are always happy to help when we needed advice, even if it wasn’t directly around their services. Would recommend having a chat with these guys.

AVOID FRATER !

Constant harassment by ‘James’,attempting to strong arm me into investing, instead off displaying any financial acumen to help me come to a reasoned decision about my investment future. A DISGRACEFUL OUTFIT CONCERNED ONLY WITH LINING THEIR OWN POCKETS AT CLIENTS’ EXPENSE
AVOID AT ALL COSTS

At no stage was any project discussed or presented to you, nor were you asked to make any form of commitment.

We can see that James made just three calls over a three-week period in response to your request for more information. These were polite follow-ups to ensure you received the details you requested. Unfortunately, the email you initially provided bounced back, and we simply wanted to confirm an alternative contact.

We understand that everyone’s expectations around communication are different, and we always aim to strike the right balance. However, we also take fairness and accuracy in public reviews seriously. Particularly when they involve comments that do not reflect what actually occurred.

The team at Frater put out some incredible and actually useful content for investors.

In a market that has a lot of noise, it’s nice to see a company that cuts through that.
