SCAM SCAM SCAM!!! Buyers Beware!!!
It took us 2 or 3 months to get money credit back to our account after "purchasing" from this site. Don't do it!!!

UPDATE: The domain owners followed up with email to us that said, "F_ck you. Ne very write me again thieves!" 🙄

Made a purchased that was supposed to ship within 24 hours. I have not received any confirmation. Tried to contact the company and seller and no response.

Ordered from them---NOTHING....no communication at all. I turned it over to PayPal. I wouldn't recommend. I wish I had read reviews before I ordered!!

Scam site stay away from them.

I ordered a firepit. It's been over six weeks. It never arrived. The tracking info online appear to be fake. I would not use this company again. I responded to their email twice. Nothing happened. The link "expired." It was supposed shipped from Hong Kong.

Scam. Ordered a $75 item and received a completely different item worth about $0.50
Repeated emails to support have gone unanswered. Avoid this company!

Never received my order (kayak's) no response back from them 😡

Total scam...and I kinda knew it was going to happen. Just look at the ridiculous reviews. All 5 star with nearly the same BS written over and over...and then the 1 stars reviews that the actual suckers (myself included) write. Don't bother...and if you do...make sure you use a virtual card or other protected payment method...it's what I did.

I was going to order from fratrap.com an ecollar. I got an email from itgaps.com that I can get 20% off by putting in code SHOP20. So I did. Paid for ecollar through PayPal. Tonya Babcock received $71.34. I received an email from fratrap.com saying received my order but I haven't gotten a tracking #, delivery date, etc. Whenever I email fratrap.com, itgaps.com, Ms Babcock I just get a response that they will get back to me 24 hours or less but they haven't yet.

I think I have lost my money and I don't have an ecollar to show for it.

BTW I would put less then 1 star but I could not

I ordered an item from Fratrap and it was never shipped. I sent two emails to them and received an automated response promising that they would respond to my issue within "12 hours or less." That response never came and the item was never shipped. I am now seeking a refund via PayPal.
