Took a month to receive item and when it came I was shocked by the poor quality . They refuse to refund only offering credit . This company misrepresents their products, it like temu! if I wanted a cheap dress I would have ordered of temu or shein .Dress is extremely poor quality , will just throw in the bin which is annoying at £39.99 wont be using this company again , I wish I had checked out previous reviews- be carefull with this company they cant even get my name right when emailing them ! shocking service

The shorts took weeks to arrive. They looked nothing like the photo. They refused to give us a refund as they were a ‘sale’ item. It seems they mark them down on the site as being in the sale to avoid a refund. Please avoid.

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY. THIS IS A SCAM. READ THE REVIEWS. I bought a dress which took 18 days to arrive. I ordered a size 18 but it was more like a size 8. I couldn't even get my arms into it. I contacted customer services and was contacted by them by email. Asked to send a photo of the item and the size label but there was no label! I informed them. I was told that as the dress was reduced they did not give refunds. These people are scam artists. Also I paid £44 and the dress was of very very poor quality which I would not have bought under any circumstances. I have contacted my bank and Google. This company is under investigation.

Please avoid this company... its a complete scam. Ive reported them to American Express as suspicious / fraudulent for further investigation.
I ordered 2 dresses and it took over a month for them to "arrive".
I had notification to say they'd been delivered but no parcel was received. I checked ring doorbell for that day and absolutely no parcels arrived.
Emailed them and they can't provide photographic evidence of parcel delivery. Ive asked for a full refund and Im still waiting.
PLEASE AVOID AT ALL COSTS.

I ordered a large kaftan and received a medium dress. Not what I ordered. After sending proof of my order they then asked for photos of the incorrect item. Fair enough. But imagine being told to give away the incorrect item and buy something else with a 30% discount. Shabby service is an understatement. It’s disgraceful. The customer service team are investigating! Investigating what? They sent the wrong thing and to date I haven’t received a replacement.

Absolute rubbish dress - arrived crumpled and damp in a tiny package & when hung up looks more like a sack than a dress.
Customer service can’t help at all - offer store refund but I wouldn’t touch them with a barge pole now.
It also took nearly 4 weeks to arrive - so even if it had been suitable it was after the funeral I purchased it for.

The dress took forever to come about 3 weeks which is far too long. The dress arrived and my word it is the thinnest material known to man. Completely see through. It’s also not stitched well at all. I would be better wearing a table cloth. Horrifically cheap looking and nothing how it looks in photos. The top part is somehow designed for a uni tit as it’s really tight at the side of your boobs then horrifically baggy at the cleavage area as if it’s designed for one giant tit not two. Very visible white stitching all on the outside of the dress. It really does look awful. Please do not buy from these.

Not only did it take almost 3 weeks to come and miss my friends birthday, the quality is that of what you’d expect from Temu. Most definitely not worth the money or the wait. I can see it lasting 5 minutes.

I made a mistake on my order and it was fixed with a simple email, very quickly.

Still waiting for my order no response to my email, I won’t be using the company again and will be asking for a full refund .

This was absolutely beautiful and overwhelming but definitely in a good way. We had our girl (dog) put to sleep on New years eve after a short, 3 month battle with cancer. This was the perfect, the most beautiful unique gift I could have hoped to give to my husband for our girl. It is very tasteful and respectful as well. I could not of imagined how beautiful this would be. Also, with the wings added, it was just perfect. We absolutely love it 🙂 Thank you so much 😊

Purchased this personalised cushion for a friend’s ‘special milestone’ birthday and I know she will love it. My first time buying from this company and am more than happy with my purchase.

Ordered a personalised doormat which came within two weeks which was quicker than expected. Product is good and I am pleased with it.

The gift I gave it to very close family friend,they like it first thing they ask me the website I order the product, they really love it and I'm gonna order for my brother as well for suprise birthday gift and order more for other siblings occasions....

100% percent disappointed with the quality received compare to the quality shown in the videos and pictures advertising that wouldn’t bears. Secondly, this is clearly an automated making device as one of the names we had to use a knife to finish the cutting before we can slide it out. Also the writings are well faded so nowhere near the quality shown in the pictures and it’s just pinewood the slightest knock or ding is visible. I’m sorry guys, this is reality we have to be honest you can’t trick us with breathtakingly, beautiful videos and end up with very a disappointing product

I like wooden bear puzzle when I was ordering the names seems to be in right order but when I received it two names had swapped.

Very much liked the product. Delivery time not great though.
