Only thing that would’ve made it excellent was another email update to let me know in a week it’d be sent.
Just means as a customer you know you’re not forgotten and that the money you’ve paid will be honoured by receipt of the item ordered.

Bought this for a granddaughter who has just become a G.P, in memory of my husband , who was a Neurologist. We think it is beautiful and very useful.

The leather item was impressive, albeit a bit pricey. Unfortunately, the stitching came apart in less than two weeks. While I received a refund without any hassle, I did feel that the cost of return shipping should have been covered due to the defect.

Leather and seemed well made

The bag came with different zips (lower quality ones than advertised in the photos), which was really disappointing. However, after reaching out to their customer service, Abi kindly resolved the issue for me and I am now satisfied with my experience. The bag is still great and everything was packaged excellently.
