Very professional and stress free service.
After the initial consultation, hearing test with Freedom Hearing and external assessment by a hearing specialist, I was contacted promptly and an appointment made for fitting of hearing aids. The staff member explained every step of what was to happen at the fitting and how to use and maintain the hearing aids. I was given follow up appointments and able to ask any questions or have anything explained. Very good service.
