First ever hearing test
First ever hearing test but I had no issues and generally felt comfortable through the whole process. It was no surprise to me that I had some loss of hearing after fifteen years in a warehouse office.

I went in to have moulds of my earâŠ
I went in to have moulds of my ear canals taken Vicki was really nice to deal with and professional while not waisting time. The only issue I have was the three cancelled appointments that I had booked previously. For each appointment I had previously made, I had also made appointments with my GP for an ear wax flush. For each of those, Iâd been preparing for a few days prior with wax softener. So Iâd had to prepare for appointments that Iâd booked, then had to cancel those bookings. Each time I was cancelled, the caller was very apologetic and understanding of my frustrations. Overall, Iâm still very happy with everyone who has looked after me through this process all the same.
