I had a very disappointing experience with FreedomSoft. Their customer service is non-existent — I emailed them multiple times with questions and never received a single response. Yet, they had no problem flooding my inbox with constant promotions.

The software itself is buggy, overpriced, and not user-friendly. It often freezes, the lead generation tools are weak, and even the basic plan is way too expensive for the limited value it provides.

When I tried to cancel (well before my trial ended), instead of honoring my request, they kept pushing additional services and made the cancellation process frustrating. Even worse, after cancellation they illegally kept my credit card information in their system (instead of deleting it as they should have) and then billed me $0.07 for a phone number I never used. This is a serious red flag and a violation of basic consumer trust.

In short: Don’t waste your time or money. There are far better tools on the market with better features, fair pricing, and professional customer support.

Used to be decent CRM for real estate investors. However, they currently offer very little customer service. Texting and direct mail do not work properly. However, they keep charging for a service that does not work. They have raised their lowest-tier service from $99 to $197 per month while cutting back on customer service.
