I called Freedom Spas because my tub had sprung a leak from a pipe. Alex was really helpful on the phone and managed to squeeze in a visit to diagnose the fault for me between his other customers. I was expecting him to say it would be weeks but it was only a couple ofdays before he got to me. He was immediately able to find what was wrong and even pointed me in the right direction to purchase the right bit to fix it. He was courteous and easy going and most of all trustworthy. I’ve not used him before - I don’t know him, but I felt it was important to write this review because his service was so exceptional. I won’t use anyone else now.

Alex has repaired and serviced our hot tub since we purchased it, his impeccable knowledge helps to get it repaired without delay. Always great time keeping. Great friendly competitive service every time.

Great help from Freedom Spas, specially for us first timers. We inherited a Hot tub in our new home and has no idea what to do. A couple of hours latter, parts replaced, tub maintenance done and lesson on how to keep it going.

Alex was brilliant, he worked around my hectic schedule and did a fantastic job. My spa is now back to its original condition and working perfectly. He even fixed the waterfall which I had assumed would be broken forever! Thanks again

Excellent all round. Alex is responsive to my messages/calls. He discusses the issues with me and showed me the faults etc…. All round very helpful and friendly guy - and exceptionally knowledgeable when it comes to all thinks hot tubs!

Alex from Freedom Spas has been out to us a couple of times for general maintenance and also to resolve some problems for us. He has been very helpful and has our spa running well.
