All social media promotion services are based on a dynamic environment. This occasionally causes unpredictable interruptions for promotion service providers such as Freegram. While we 100% agree that it is unfair to our customers to experience any kind of delays, we are unfortunately unable to prevent the occasional technical issues as explained above.

Additionally, we are working with a high volume of orders on a daily basis, which causes an means that we are unable to track all orders simultaneously. This is why we have created two types of report forms for our customers on our website:

These forms are created to speed up things for you, as explained in our help center. You inquiry will be delivered directly to our technical team or billing team depending on what you choose to fill out, avoiding the queue of all other emails and inquiries along with spam that is being sent to our main email and/or chats on the daily basis.

Please note, though, that depending on the payment method, the refunds may take from 24 hours after our approval and release - and up to 15 business days due to the processing times of the financial institutions. In other words, if you have paid with a credit card and filed a refund request, we might have released the fund within the first 24 hours, however, you may expect it to see on your card balance only in two weeks. We strongly encourage you to file an issue report first as sometimes our technical team may resolve it much faster than expected.

We are sorry for the inconvenience we might have caused and we assure you, that our billing team is making sure all approved refund requests are being processed as soon as possible.

In this business there are a lot of variables out of our control due to APIs of Social Medias we offer services for, which customers do not understand. Things can change any minute with speed
