Warning: Unacceptable Experience with Freelancerway.com

I recently initiated a withdrawal of my one-year earnings from Freelancerway.com, but it's been a more than a month appx 40 days and I haven't received my payment or any response from their team. Despite submitting a ticket, I've been met with complete silence. The lack of communication and support raises serious concerns about the trustworthiness of this platform.

Warning Key Issues:

Delayed Payments: Over a month without receiving payments is unacceptable.

Poor Customer Support: No response to tickets or inquiries.

Lack of Transparency: The positive feedback on Trustpilot seems suspicious, and I question its authenticity given the platform's inability to handle simple payment issues.

Given this experience, I'm inclined to look for alternative platforms that prioritize user satisfaction and timely payments
