Made a first order with them and they have lost my order and are refusing to do anything about it. Absolute shambles

Nephew had booth at vision show in NYC Javit’s center. Freeman costs were crazy high. Booth next to him suggested using their shipper. Freeman gave them and others lots of trouble even calling security and questioned the other shipping company credentials etc. It’s like Freeman is Mafia. You’re supposed to have choices in this country, not forced to use overpriced services like Freeman at Javit’s.

Be careful when ordering from here, I got caught (normally more careful). If you are a new customer they add 25% discount to the price instantly so you are seeing purchase with discount with the assumption you are taking Flexi way with 39%APR. When you check out without Flexi way you get a confirmation of payment with the 25% added back on.
I feel it should be the other way around tick here to get 25% with Flexi way and you should see the true amount straight off.
If you then contact them to cancel the order you are told have to wait 24hours to be able to change anything. Less than 24hours later they cant stop the order due to it having been processed and on its way.
They whole assumption is based on to much trouble for customer to return it so they will keep it or they take flexi way at 39%. Terrible company, feel sorry for the customer service reps who send all day saying can't do anything to help.
I will return my order for refund and I will not shop here again.
