Really helpful in a stressful situation

The lady that dealt with my situation was extremely helpful, knowledgeable and polite.

From start to finish I was made to feel at ease and treated with kindness, respect and compassion, every person I had dealings with operated with the utmost professionalism and integrity. Throughout what has been quite a difficult time this solution provides a lifeline and enables me to stop worrying and start enjoying living a stress free life. I had really felt ill with worry of how I was going to resolve things, not sleeping etc and on top of being physically not well with permanent disability I just didn’t know where to turn. My personal situation was considered carefully and the right resolution offered, just an absolutely fantastic service provided and I can’t thank Freeman Jones and their associates enough.

came off the phone with Adam and Sam who are both absolutely wonderful and a credit to this company. Empathetic, no judgements, they listened and explained everything to me in laymen’s terms but without making me feel stupid. why do you keep taking money from people when they are trying to pay the debt off each time i get extra money they want 20% or 50% of that extra money so they can give there leanders extra money to keep them rich i was £11.000 in debt it has now cost me a lot more i could of asked my bank to freeze the account and i would of pay it up by now i would never recommend this company

It was such a long process but so worth it at the end. So pleased that Freeman Jones could help me and my husband, it's such a weight lifted off our shoulders. Can't be thankful enough.

Your online expenditure form needs a lot of work or your employees need to explain how it works properly, if they want people to use it and stress free.
