Hi there,
We're not going to argue about this.
If you can't register domains, you can't register domains.
Kind regards,

Won't let me renew my domain, called many times. Every-time told that they will work on it today, and after two weeks still no response as to how I can renew my domains.

You buy it - you lost your many. They are thieves.

never had a problem, all these reviews say that "not available" guys maybe try going to dot.cf or dot.tk AND THEY SAY AVAILABLE

Freenom was great, until they took away my domains and forced me to buy. If you care about your domains, don't use Freenom. You actually don't own the domain, they just "give control" to you.

Gave it 2, not 1 stars because it was a good way to get free test domains.

I have no problem if they ask to make payment for my domain
my domain has more than 22,000 links in google search, they didnot send me renewal notification, so I lose my domain and I should pay more than 2000$ for it to buy it again form the person have it after me

I send messages to there support but there is no response

keep away from freenom
keep away from freenom.com

Your domain and account will shut down all of sudden one day and they will not provide any help. Prepare for that, don't do serious job with any of their services. Once you started to get more visitors, our account will be removed without any notification.

These guys are fraud. They give you the domain for free and if another customer pays for it they just take it from you and sell it to other. They also close domains as fraud just to make you pay for it. So the domains are not free. I recomend NOT to trust them and keep registering serious domains.

Freenom are dodgy, just get a domain from namecheap.
Freenom shuts down domains without notification or reason. The customer support sucks.
Namecheap prioritises customer satisfaction over anything.
Additionally, Freenom say "cost price domains cannot be found cheaper elsewhere"
I compared Freenom to namecheap.
jffjfjid8rrjrvifururuuuv8rps.xyz was AU$0.65

On freenom it was US$5

Freenom est un super site ! des noms de domaine pas chère voir gratuit !!!!! !!

What the hell? This stupid thing says all the free domains are unavailable!?!

my domain was marked as fraud even if it's just an analytics website to track COVID19 on Philippines. Sigh.

When my domains became about 600-1000 unique visitors per day, domains were stolen, and they also blocked the account on which these domains were.

Its great service

Cool company for free domains, I've registered like 50 free domains. Don't buy paid ones tho, like, why.

As a professional, I usually ignore bad reviews and try things out for myself. That was a mistake. Freenom is 100% the worst. If you care anything about your domains, do not use them. If you're just playing around and want to experiment, great. They will not reply to your support tickets if you have a problem. If they do, it will be them asking you to keep waiting. Then after a few months of waiting, you ask for a refund. What happens? They cancel your domains and mark them as fraud! They never reply to your ticket either.
I've been buying domains since 2001. This is the worst experience I've ever had BY FAR. I promise you.... YOU WILL LOSE YOUR DOMAINS EVENTUALLY. Just be prepared for that! Oh and their free domains are borrowed. If someone likes your domain, they can register it from them in 5 seconds. Boom, not yours anymore. AVOID FREENOM AT ALL COSTS

Suspends domains without warning or reason.

They don't provide support for either free nor paying customers. I've moved all of my domains away from them, and I would recommend you do the same. I use Cloudflare, but I am also confident in Namecheap. Both companies prioritize customer satisfaction over anything.

not any domain available, even some very very long random strings.
