It's a quite a hassle — first you need to buy a license or subscribe, then add the content to a whitelist, or else it risks being flagged.

Despite using attribution in video description properly, still i got a copyright strike from freetouse.com on my YouTubechannel. This is not a free website. Very bad experience with them.

I recieved a copyright strike on youtube for using one of their audios.
I contacted them via email and it was resolved quickly.

Here are some tips to avoid problems using this website:

1- Make sure you don't use the free audios for commercial purpose (selling or promotion)
2- Always put the credits they give you while you are downloading the audio in the description of the video
3- If you get a strike, contact them via email to settle the matter. They may ask you to buy their license but state your case and ask them to retract the claim on your video.

Hope this helps.

This is the worst company you can imagine. They allow free downloads of music and then later claim copyright violations that can only be resolved by paying hundreds of euros of the course of time.

Stay away from freetouse.com at all costs! Worst possible recommendation
