Freshity have been amazing to deal with. Very fast shipping. One time I ordered something from them and it arrived the next day. I’ve never seen that before in fragrance purchasing.

Just ordered again today. I could have got it cheaper elsewhere but I’d rather know what I’m buying is authentic and get fabulous customer service.

I buy a lot of fragrances. Some companies are awful to deal with. These guys are superb from start of order to receiving the fragrance.

Absolutely incredible customer service. Ordered the wrong fragrance so contacted them straight away and they couldn’t have been more helpful. Amended the order for me and even refunded the difference without any hassle. Will 100% be using again.

Outstanding experience from placing the order to receiving! I often buy Arab fragrances but this shop was by far most pleasant to buy from. Excellent communication, surprisingly fast delivery, fair prices, legitimate products. 10/10 would reccommend. Saved straight to the top of my bookmarks!

Great service great variety and great prices

Freshity is a hidden gem for Arabian fragrances. I visited the store and was genuinely impressed—not just by the stunning range of scents, but by the warm, knowledgeable service from Abdul, the owner. He took the time to understand what I liked and guided me to the perfect fragrance without any pressure.

The prices are fantastic—far better than what you’d expect for such high-quality perfumes. It’s rare to find a place that combines luxury with affordability and genuine customer care.

I’ll definitely be returning. Highly recommend Freshity to anyone who appreciates great scents and even better service.
