I’ve been with fresh start for a while…
I’ve been with fresh start for a while and I can’t fault them at all they listen to you and help with your debts and do not judge you
If you ring them up they are so friendly towards you and help you with your problem you don’t have to go into much detail
When it’s time for your review they explain every step and go through with everything to make sure your happy and can afford the payment but even after a while if things change you can ring and once again no judgement on you
Yes you have to pay a fee but with all the work they do I don’t mind paying it
So if your struggling with debt please ring them and they will help you

Great experience in general
Great experience in general. All people were very helpful and compassionate at all times. They took time to listen to me and were very helpful at each stage. All went very quick and smooth and my life changed to better finally. Highly recommend!!

Peace of mind at the end of the line.
The staff I spoke with were clear about my options.I was given answers to all my questions.
I feel more confident about what i am doing and i can feel happy about the future.Its quite involved due to the nature of the service but i never felt rushed and i could ask questions.At the end of the call i feel much more at peace and believe that i have a way to manage my debts.They were friendly and understanding.
