I mistakenly had the auto renew on and when I saw it I immediately sent an email asking to have to stopped and refunded. Nikki was so prompt, friendly and helpful getting the refund handled that I was shocked! Because of Nikki I will be getting another refill when I am ready! Thank you so much girl!!

Like many others I was so skeptical starting Freya. I thought it was going to be another failed attempt to lose weight. After seeing so many results I decided to try. I am now on week 9 and people around me are starting to see the results! I have been trying to lose weight for over 8 years and this was the solution all along. My only regret is not finding Freya sooner! The food noise is gone, customer service is always ready to help with any questions and I have had overall such an amazing experience! I am down 43 pounds, I am making sure to eat enough protein and drink lots of water and electrolytes. It has just never been easier, I am so glad I found Freya!!

Thought I would have some doctor support at some point but reached out to a doctor and haven’t received an answer since Friday.It is now Tuesday and I scheduled an appt with my regular doctor. I didn’t think I’d do this journey without the support but hopefully I see great results with the 3 months of semaglutide I already purchased. If not that will be my first and last purchasing.

currently taking tirzepatide & i have been loving the process! currently down 20lbs after 2 months. obviously there’s side effects but I feel like that’s a given with any glp medication. their customer service is honestly amazing. it’s very easy & quick to get a response from them.
