If I could give them a minus score I would what a load of crap ordered the item I ordered wouldnt even stand up it was a J shape just fell on its side half the size advertised rough edges on it .

Still waiting for my order a fluffy bunny,ordered it in February still nothing,same generic email,they will send another but nothing,the packae is in Edinburgh supposedly, the website say UK that's why I ordered,Stay away from this company,complete scam

I can’t actually give a minus figure but if I could, I would! This company is a disgrace! I ordered fluffy bunnies in tins for my grandchildren to go in their Easter baskets - order placed beginning of February 2026 - never arrived! It’s now 13th April and still nothing! I have emailed numerous times requesting a refund but they are absolutely refusing! This company is appalling! DO NOT ORDER ANYTHING FROM THEM! It appears that they are mere scam merchants! Absolutely horrendous!

Do not order from this company, the quality of there goods looks fantastic on the website however what you receive is to embarrasing to show and only for the bin. The customer service & quality control is nothing short zero stars let alone 1.

Do not order from this company. Their customer service is horrible! I placed an order and within a few hours I tried to cancel the order because it was cheaper inside the US. They would not cancel the order and kept sending me text telling me to try the bags when I receive them. They did not even ship it for 4 days. With all the communication they would not stop the order. I will be sending them back without even opening them. I don’t care what it costs me because it is now the point

Absolutely disgusted with my order, not the same items I ordered, cheap tacky and seven weeks to arrive, kept getting fobbed off. Tracking just kept showing items were in Birmingham. Do not order from this company, you will be wasting your money

False tracking number . Gives a Birmingham address but the phone number is in China . I paid for a bag and I am not expecting it at all . Stay well away .

This is not a British site as their advertising would have you believe. Their delivery times are therefore very protracted. I ordered products to be given as Christmas gifts but they arrived much too late. The 2 bags were not quality leather as advertised but cheap, poor quality and crudely made, 1 with broken zip. Customer services are quick to respond but their offer of replacement product is pointless. And £2 compensation an insult. I want neither compensation nor replacement but can return them to China at my cost. Bags are so awful I won't even take them to charity shop.

Item didn't arrive, tracking number was false . Absolutely avoid

Ordered several "Make your own Button animal" for stocking fillers. The first order sat at customs for 3 weeks with no updates until I complained and they sent a new order. Very curt replies and incorrect new tracking number sent.
Second batch did eventually arrive. There are no buttons involved - just 3d printed plastic bits, no instructions and no pictures of the what the finished article should look like. The pictures on the website show animals made out of buttons, not the crap I received. Extremely disappointed

If I could give zero stars, I would. 'Sea Glass' advent calendar was nothing more than tiny cheap bits of plastic. What a con. Don't buy anything from this company. In the UK this could be prosecuted under the Trade Description Act.

Order an advent calendar at the start of November. Only just arrived on 12th December in damaged condition. Item is awful, tiny and the items are not seaglass but green resin images. Seller said they would refund if I send back at cost to me! Total scam.

My package has apparently been in the UK in Cardiff since 24th Oct but no info on tracking and despite constantly chasing the company who said they have sent a 2nd set (total lie), no items and they are refusing to refund me either

I placed an order at the beginning of October that has still not arrived, though I have been jnformed that it is in Lincoln UK, just 70 miles or 90 mins drive from here. That was three weeks ago. Have requested an update and keep getting fobbed off with ‘ give it a few more days’ Nonsense.
Poor service, lack of communication and having requested the return of my money, silence. THIS IS A SCAM, BEWARE PURCHASER

AVOID!!!!.....Really wish I had read these reviews before I bought! Just received a Stevie Nicks spinner. Doesn't look anything like what I ordered. Its just cheap plastic, not even stained glass as stated,with no instructions how to put together. I've tried to put it together and it's snapped.

Terrible service, I placed an order for a craft squirrel in SEPTEMBER, its now 19th November and still nothing they say its in transit but tracking says different, been in uk since October... they will not refund as item has been sent and just be patient.. absulutly awful

Ordered a resin letter with flowers in.the advertised picture had loades of beautiful flowers in.mine was chipped.had 3 dead & broken up flowers in.totally not as advertised.complained was offer £2 .then maybe offered £3 denied there was anything wrong with it even with compare photos of what was & what was received.they tried to say sending it back would cost a fortune so thsts why offered pittance refund.so it will cost me £12 to put in the bin as certainly cant gift it as intended.disgusting service.wish i could add photos here if id of know it was from China I wouldn't have ordered.

My mother ordered a resin flower filled letter, however they added extra items and charged for them even tho she did not order them. The resin flower filled letter looked nothing like the advertised item and a quick reverse image search on google proved they have stolen the image from WallMarts website. This company are complete scammers and keep asking for photo evidence of the defective items ( stalling tactic ) and i do not hold out hope for my mother getting a refund. The next step will be to see if she can do a charge back thru the bank. I only wished i had checked the website before she ordered the items. Not fit for purpose with a sparse amount of small flowers in it and unfinished sharp edges. PLEASE STAY AWAY FROM THESE SCAMMERS. The advert she clicked on was on Facebook, but META are not interested in removing these scammers from Facebook as they get paid for letting them advertise.
