Froala Editor レビュー

I'm very satisfied about our experience with Froala on our projet My Report. The support team has always answered very quickly to our questions. The only reason I haven't rated 5 * is we don't know yet the timeline for some fixe

The product is wonderful; please keep up the great work.
The renewal process was seamless and resulted in us being able to save by signing up for a multi-year license.

Thanks

My last review was removed because froala complained. I am a paying customer and own lic copy of the product so there is no basis to remove a true remove about the company. Because instead of addressing issues they spent more time to pretend how great they are I give them only 1 star now.

Let’s start of with the fact it’s a good editor if it works. But that’s where it ends. Go and look at the GitHub issues. Their support sucks. Most people there have no idea how to fix issues, basic stuff breaks on updates and broken stuff takes forever to be fixed. On top the editor is quite pricey. So look carefully if you can live with the issues. Some have been around for 1 year plus and have neither been fixed nor a official response. Also even so they claim to be in Texas I have a feeling large part including support is not usa based.
Just as an update, instead of addressing the issues i get weekly emails from trustpilot that froala wants more info like my invoice so they can contact me to revise or take down the review. Start to wonder how unbiased trustpilot really is.

As a web developer I can confirm it's very good editor and very affordable tool

Froala is hands down, the best HTML editor available in the market!
When it comes to functionality, customer support, features, and pricing, it fulfills and exceeds all expectations.
Highly recommended!!

I love Froala! 4 is shaping to be a great release, especially with all the quality updates.

It's really just that and there is no way around this no matter how you really put that. IT's the best, I repeat the best HTML builder from some content like Google docs or something like that, it creates clean html within minutes basically with all else.
