Don't fall for the Facebook hype, I order from frodio hair after seeing glow ads online, but when arrived looked nothing like advertised. the hair is dense cheap looking and completely sup-par. to make matter worse I reach out to customer support multiple times to since they dnt have a phone number only email sad; request return label and a refund I have been met would completely silence, a company with this level of quality and 0 accountability shouldn't be in business save your money and look somewhere else.

I am asking for someone at this company to contact me immediately. I have not received my order. (Wig) since July 29, 2026. Please refund my money back into my bank account!

Update on my recent review. I was told that it took a while for a response because they had a high number of emails. I don’t know if that’s good or not but they offered me a few fair resolutions that I’m pleased with.

I am giving 5 star rating because of the care and concern that was shown to me! The wig that I have is the same 5 stars, I couldn’t be happier!
Thank you Frodio, because there’s not a lot of companies out here that truly care about their customers satisfied! And you do and I’m grateful! I will continue to order from your company!

I've gotten two of their honey blonde box braids wigs 30 in and I'm a chocolate girl. I was Associated first to try this color because I didn't know how I would look but I forgot it installed everyone loved it they thought it was real hair real braids I had to let them know where I got it from and how much I loved it and they then wanted the information to get them one. The hair quality feels like it's human it feels so good I wore this wig in Orlando Florida to the water park now how much more could you ask for. The hair was still going as it should I mean that's why I'm on the side oh that's order another one just to have it because you guys are going to buy them all out well I love their hair

This unit is just beautiful. The hair is beautiful looking like it's growing out of my scalp, I love the texture/ grade and it was beautiful right out the box. I didn't get a chance to take a selfie when I wore it but I received so many compliments, I have ordered before from Frodio and I will be ordering more

This wig is ALL THAT and SOME! It looks amazing and the hair line is so natural looking. I have received tons of compliments. I have purchased 2 more.

I loved the wig! It was full and easy to maintain.You can also switch the part on 3 sides.The shipping was fast. I have been watching the lives and I love the selection of wigs.

At this point frodio got me in a choke hold. It's out the box and ready to wear styles are to convenient. The wig is full, what you see is what you get!!!

I am beyond impressed with my 20in. Braided unit! It is super soft and like always met my expectations!! I purchased the 30 in before and received so many complaints so I wanted to try a shorter one!! Im in love with this one as well! BTW, my unit arrived superfast in like 2 days!! Frodio You the best!! My Frodio experience was top tier from beginning to end. The ordering process was easy. Very overwhelming because I wanted ALL of them. I got my 20 inch braided wig within a week which was super fast. I tried it on and this wig did not disappoint. Very soft and full. I will be ordering more wigs from Frodio.

All I will say is buy it. The braided wig I purchased is AMAZING. It is already cut, plucked and tucked. You can literally put it on right out of the box. It is light weight with no smell and just beautiful. The delivery time was reasonable and the packaging was very nice as well. This was my first purchase but certainly not my last.

I love my wig !!! It’s actually my second one I have this wig in black and now in the chestnut color too!! ❤️❤️🥰🥰 The quality is wonderful i’m able to wash it and use it over as many times as I want to

I was skeptical about this company and rightfully so. I ordered two units and they never arrived. The tracking number said they were delivered to another state. I reached out to the company via email and submitted a fraud dispute with my bank. Next time, I'll follow my instincts.

I've purchased multiple wigs from Frodio and they do not disappoint! Shipping is quick and they are very affordable. They are quality and hold up to everyday wear very well. I will say I ordered one of mine from frodio on Amazon and don't believe it was the same standard so be sure to only buy from the website! I get so many compliments EVERY TIME that I wear mine and have shared my secret with now satisfied customers. BUY THE WIG!
