Huge cinema buff here, saw Frome on an instagram ad and liked the product they were offering. I’m always skeptical to order from a company that I found on instagram but ordered one to check the product out before I ordered more as gifts and what not. Although the first order I received was damaged upon manufacture I emailed Frome to check and see if this was a common occurrence before I ordered more and without hesitation they offered a shipped a replacement piece. Definitely wasn’t expecting that and without even asking they did right by the customer. Replacement piece turned out perfect.

Although my Frome was (slightly) damaged in shipping, it was still a beautiful work of art. I contacted the company to let them know of my experience and without delay they sent a replacement! Note - I was not expecting or requesting a new Frome, but they went above and beyond to make sure I was completely satisfied with my purchase. It is refreshing to see a company take pride in their work and establish a respectable reputation as an online seller. Kudos!
