Utterly positive experience! They explained upfront how it would work and how to proceed through the process of evaluating my needs, sending samples and ultimately planning the design with me.
I would absolutelu recommend them for their beautiful products and responsiveness -- even after delivery.
I intend to use Fronteriors for my next two projects.

Amazing service - extremely responsive team who answered promptly my (...too many...) questions and emails I sent. Very happy with my Fronterior kitchen doors! I researched several other companies that also provide similar fronts for IKEA furniture and Fronteriors not only offered the best value - but also the best customer service. Highly recommend!

Exceptional Customer Service & Communication! -- I was deciding between 2 companies, and ended up going with Fronteriors not just because they had a beautiful product, but because their communication and responsiveness was A+, which is exceedingly rare these days. Their business also got caught up in the ambiguity of the Trump-Tariff nonsense, and were completely proactive about communicating potential impacts during the uncertainty and constantly changing whims of the administration. In the end, everything worked out, and the product they helped me create (an alcove bar/beverage center) came out great, and I look forward to doing business with them again.

I created a custom 192" wide credenza using wall-hung Besta units and Fronteriors oak micro shaker panels. It looks highly custom and gorgeous! Everyone who comes over thinks I commissioned custom cabinetry. The company was easy to communicate with, and very detail-oriented, verifying my selections to make sure I was happy. Everything arrived in perfect condition. My only feedback is that it was very difficult to get the doors to align... but that's really an IKEA problem, and I knew it was a possibility when I ordered. We got them looing good, it just took a ton of tweaking. Overall an incredible product for the price, highly recommend!

We created a floating credenza using Besta cabinets and Fronteriors slatted fronts. The piece is beautiful – it is sleek and contemporary. As well, the quality of the Fronteriors sides, top, and fronts is great. When we had a number of questions regarding color and sizing, they were very helpful and quick to respond. Their customer service is excellent!

I really appreciate the beautiful and unique products that Fronteriors has to offer with hard-to-find details (like woven wood and linen inserts) and finishes/colors that are designer-curated. I've been following their journey on Instagram since they launched and was eager to user their products on client projects. Once Fronteriors began shipping to the US, I designed a floating credenza with their Besta fronts that have the radio weave insert and not only do they offer the perfect solution for hiding A/V equipment (while still allowing the remote control signal to pass through)-- the result is so stunning!

I had a pretty great experience with Fronteriors. I'll start with the pros:
My kitchen looks great! I'm really happy with how everything turned out, and ultimately, that is the most important part. I found everyone on their team had great communication. They did a good job setting expectations on a process, that because I was one of (if not their actual) first US customer was still a little up in the air. The products arrived in perfect condition, in a well-protecting crate. I felt like their shipping was a great balance between protecting the finish and not overusing foam. There was an issue where one of my cabinet doors was the wrong size, and they quickly shipped out a replacement for me. They were always available to answer any questions I had about the design, the purchase, or the product. And I felt like their prices were reasonable for the custom look my kitchen has. Overall, I felt like it was a good deal.

A small con:
Honestly, I don't have much to say here. The only thing I can think of is that some of the holes where the door hinges connect were slightly out of position. So that when attaching the doors to the cabinet bases, they are slightly skewed. So 1 of my cabinet doors doesn't quite align right on the cabinets. No amount of adjustments on the hinges will get the door to sit flush at all 4 corners when closed. At least 1 corner is always sticking out 1/4" - 3/8".

Even with that con, I'm still really happy with the outcome. And hopefully they can update their templates/tolerances so future doors won't have that issue.

I've installed a full Ikea kitchen before and this went just as smoothly.

I love, love, love the “Wow factor” my Frontieriors piece gave my Besta! It went from “Ho Hum” to “Oh, My!” I found the customer service to be outstanding. Was unable to figure out how to order the combo I wanted and the agent I spoke with was very helpful making my dream come true. The doors were easy to attach. No problems at all.

I followed fronteriors for a long time and was so happy they deliver to Europe too! I am always afraid ordering larger pieces abroad especially when then there is no refund , but I got the best help from them online. We checked my order several times (I made a few mistakes selecting the correct fronts) and they were so patient and quick in replying! I would definitely recommend them to others.

we have completely renovated the house. Andwe had a
old basic cabinet from Ikea on which our TV stood. We also wanted to upgrade this after the renovation so that it fit nicely into the interior. we where looking for solutions and than we saw the website of fronteriors. they just gave our closet a wow feeling. We are very satisfied with the quality of the fronts and the installation of the fronts was very easy to do. so we highly recomend fronteroirs

We are very happy with both cabinets. The TV cabinet has a beautiful appearance through the doors and the frame. These doors were chosen because the audio is partly in the cabinet and allows the sound to pass through without having to open the doors. The other cupboard was needed because we really needed storage space. Using items from Fronteriors has given it a chic look.
We are very happy that we chose these items with the help of Fronteriors. We can recommend them.

Fronteriors is a very innovative company with great solutions for my kitchen. Not only I was able to save space but also my Kitchen looks pretty. Their design team goes all out for designing the product & they are very clear on the process. From Ordering on the site to it being delivered. They are timely with their information & are always available to explain the process.

I am a designer and I have purchased some cane and regular doors for my client.
The regular frame doors came and those were good. We installed them. The cane doors unfortunately were in a real bad shape. Cane was ripped everywhere,it was miscolored and warping was occuring everywhere. We refused to install them and requested a full refund from Fronteriors. They sent us some blurry and low pixel images, stating that factory quality control was good and that WE damaaged them. This is absurd, not sure how to even warp a cane panel on purpose??? We opened a claim with AMEX for the purchase when we coudl not get anywhere with Fronteriors. Now Fronteriors are threating a legal action to a small business like mine. Really disappointing. We just want them to take thier faulty, low quality product back. They are definately not willing to work with us.

Their website looks beautiful everywhere you look...but..but after 3 months I bought some piece of forniture nothing happened. They reply to the emails quickly but they lied till now about the delivery time. Keep in mind they only accept credit card so once you paid there is almost nothing you can do to protect you...At the moment i can't rate theirs "fornitures" because i'm still waiting for them but the selling process till now is so bad!!
