Eli is great to deal with, fast response time via email. He's super helpful when I can't find something on the website he will track it down and get it to us quickly.

My father recently has opened his first business. He always wanted to open something useful for people and as he has master's degree in healthcare he decided to open a dental clinic. I always support him and this decision also was approved by me, moreover he agreed to give me a share in management and I started to develop his business too. We needed an equipment and we ordered from various suppliers, however the most part of dental equipment we bought here. I found this website in the internet and decided to get acquainted with the assortment. It seemed to me that the prices were quite low and so I ordered here everything we needed for launching our business.

The quality is not what they offer on the website.
I emailed them asking for an explanation. 5 days have passed without any reply. Now the instructions for Primed - PrimGARD 160 Earloop Procedure Mask, ASTM Level 3, PG4-1273 were updated.
So disappointing. The same mask is sold on other sites for $17.95. I believed that Frontier Dental Supply is a trustworthy company based on great reviews. I am willing to pay for better quality products, so I chose it. Who would have thought their product descriptions were wrong.

Would prefer to be billed as the items are shipped.
The current system of billing when ordering, is problematic when there is a backorder ( which is often ).
We now have to keep track to see if the items which were paid for, will actually get delivered.

I always thought that dentists aren't about me, because all of my life I had no issues with my teeth. Nevertheless, recently I felt a sharp pain in one of my tooth and I have decided to apply to dentist, because it was the only option for me how to keep my teeth safe. I found this company in order to ask them about prices and how to get the consultation. They explained me everything pretty fast and I made an appointment with dentist. He helped me a lot, he told me why I felt a sharp pain and how to prevent this in future. This service is very useful for those who can't get out of home I guess.
