Unprofessional conduct

Messed me around with shipping. Ended up cancelling my order against my wishes because they couldn’t agree on whether or not they’d ship my parcel, and with which courier. After one employee telling me they’d ship on Monday to no extra cost (on top of the $64 shipping fee I already paid), another told me they’d charge $160 and then cancelled my order. Extremely unprofessional and disappointing.

Quality is gorgeous

Really happy with the quality of the product. It's going to make such a special gift. However, I wasn't that happy to pay $65 AUD for international shipping to AUS but i understand you don't have a lot of control over that.

Setting a high standard

5 stars right across the board. Super fast dispatch & delivery. Product received exactly as expected. Truly exceptional customer service. I buy online a lot and can honestly say that I've never experienced this level of communication; great initiative was taken to ensure there were no delays in getting my order out in a timely manner. Simply outstanding!
