Order never arrived, chased it and got advised twice it was with courier however never moved from there. Chased a third time and got sent a replacement via international airmail.
Poor service to start but great once error realised.

I ordered a part - it was the wrong part (my fault) so I contacted the Froothie team. No fuss- they sent me the right part and I had it a few days later!!

Na zeven jaar trouwe en intensieve dienst hield mijn blender het voor gezien. De klantenservice heeft super goed geholpen om te kijken of hij nog te repareren was, zonder te pushen voor de aanschaf van een nieuwe.

Nou is mijn blendertje niet meer te redden en inmiddels naar de eeuwige jachtvelden, maar logischerwijs komt mijn nieuwe blender ook gewoon weer van Froothie !

Ja, het zijn geen twee stuivers die je uitgeeft aan een Froothie blender, maar het is wel de beste die je kunt vinden !

Ik heb ook de juicer van Froothie en ook daar ben ik erg blij mee. Als je van heeeeerlijke gezonde sappen houdt, is het zeker een aanrader.

5 stars! I have owned an optimum 9400 for 10+years and when It finally broke down last year froothiee were very help-full and supportive. They promptly got my blender assessed once it had arrived at the work shop and I was given the option to fix it or replace it and at no point was pushed into a new sale. I was even told they would honour the Christmas discount (on a new blender) if it expired to give me a few extra days to decide. The new machine arrived promptly and I can’t wait to start using it when I get home. Thanks so much.

You haven't replied to my email in weeks! I asked for a refund and no reply.

After one month of placing my order, they don’t even know where my product is. I asked for a refund and even the refund takes between 5 and 7 working days. The worst experience ever.

I have had the 9200A blender for the past 4 years and it is still going strong. I was about to purchase another brand and then came across this one. It actually shreds up the things in your smoothie and makes it so smooth. I also make all my own nut butters. I use it every single day and it's still going strong! The customer service is also amazing! You won't regret it!

I purchased a thermocooker essential in December 2023. Unfortunately the scales didn't work, I contacted Froothie and they quickly helped me and ended sending a postage slip back to have it checked and repaired. It was returned 2 weeks later with the scales working (I'm in NZ and it was over Christmas so I thought that was pretty good). I have used a friends thermomix in the past and it was a little easier to use and I find that the thermocooker sometimes struggles with thicker textures, it will give an error code and I'll need to give it a stir and get the blade moving. It is $2000 cheaper than a thermomix so I wou;dn't expect it to be as good. It makes fantastic cheese sauce, so easy. Custard was very good. I made rice pudding today and my daughter also made gingerbread cookies. Anything that you need to heat and stir or blend is going to be much easier.

I bought the Optimum 9200A blender in spring 2023 and have been using it actively for the last 8 months. Best investment I have ever made. This machine is flawless. The smoothies it makes are perfect. Fill up with fruit/veg or whatever. Just press the 15sec button and done. Then fill with water to clean and press the same button. It feels incredibly well built, powerful and durable. Cleaning is too easy.

I live in Finland and ordered from their european website. Price is significanly cheaper for what vitamix, blendtec or others offer for twice the price.

Their customer service is as good as the blender. Super friendly, quick, thoughtful and always made me feel important (before and after). They seem to really go out of their way to make sure you as the customer are satisfied, happy and treated fairly.

What a company! Amazing. If you are on the fence, dont hesitate. This is for your health and future. Or buy it as a gift for people you care about. Having an elite blender makes life better.

I bought a TC Essential but unfortunately, it's faulty and close to Christmas so I think I might have to wait until after New Year to sort everything out. Amazingly, Froothie's customer services still operating and sending me all of the support I need during such short notice. I felt bad as well because they might have to take a shorter break with their family and loved ones. I would buy again and suggest to people if they need a company with excellent support.
