Хорошие прокси, в целом впечатление положительное. Скорость нормальная, не рекордная, но для работы вполне подходит. Поддержка отвечает быстро и адекватно помогает по вопросам. IP по качеству хорошие, есть UDP, что тоже плюс. Из минусов только не самый удобный тариф с авторизацией по IP, но для меня это не критично. В остальном сервисом доволен.

Terrible reception, terrible proxy servers none of them work. No support are even active, this seems to be another case of you get what you pay for based on our own decision. Which means if they take your money and run you're out of luck getting it back. Not that I care that it was $1.99 but you have to be pretty bad to want to rip people off over that much for a trial.

Flagging reviews: Hiding genuine experiences not a good look for this company.

Edit: Froxy had this review flagged down under false pretense. They lied to TrustPilot knowingly reporting this review avoid these guys they flag reviews.

Despite the fact that there are many proxy providers available all over the world, I chose Froxy without any regrets. The first thing that caught our attention was the support system implemented on their website. The support center, the online support itself, and the blog are just great.
The responses to the requests were received quickly and informatively. Customer service managers are of the highest class. Another pleasant note is the very user-friendly interface of the personal account - this is very important for us, since we have been familiar with proxies not so long ago.
We also liked the proxy prices, what else we would like to note is the transfer of traffic during subscription renewal and the accrual of bonus GB - this is really very pleasant for us!
The support is ethical, and thanks a lot to Froxy for that.

There are several things that made my experience great.

Customer experience. Here is my Customer journey from the beginning of my journey.

I heard about Froxy from someone and decided to give it a try. I visited their website, I registered and saw that there is a trial version available for a few days.

The interface was pretty straight forward and their interface showed hints that helped me understand their system and guided me in the right directions.

The trial went pretty well and so I decided to get a minimum package to check out how it works.

All went well for a few months and then I experienced a small inconvenience, where I had some leftover traffic left.

Now, this is where my paradigm shifted from Froxy being a simple service to Froxy being an amazing service because of their Customer support!

The guys had to bear with me, I sent a few a e-mails and I think, I raised a few tickets, but they were patient and explained everything to me.

Once my billing period expired, I was kinda nervous because maybe they would not do what they said they would. I signed in today and I see that they did everything they told me they would.

I've been using different services and contacted multiple companies over the years, the overall feeling that I had was subpar. You would always expect some bad experience, either in long communications or never getting a result.

But here, oh my. I can't express how amazed I am at getting what I asked for.
This is a unique feeling because support teams work following some procedure, they are tired, overwork, they don't care. But not here.

They delivered on what they promised and I got what I wanted.

Bad. "Fast" proxies - has 500ms response time, while others has less then 50ms. Trial is PAID. THIS IS CRAZY, YOU HAVE TO PAY 2 BUCKS JUST TO TRY THEIR USLESS PROXIES

waste of time. they put ads everywhere on the internet but they never told you their proxies never let you access some websites. most popular websites. so I still dont understand what I will do with these proxies :D just googleing? funny. and so bad. and their isp proxies so bad cant filter anything. they have a lot of vpn isp nordvpn etc. so I requested refund and waiting 3-5 day to get it back. stay away

They threatened me via email today. They said they would never refund me if I didn't delete my trustpilot comment. And many insulting words. I can't share the link here but I shared the necessary screenshots on x and reddit, you can see them by searching my name. Stay away from this company. I just noticed that they also blocked my account. In other words, they took the money for a product I never used they blocked my account and no refunds. So, it was a kind of fraud

And today.. froxy.com was try to remove my comment by report to trustpilot. This is what I got early from trustpilot support: '' froxy.com has flagged your review for containing harmful or illegal content'' and now truspilot completed their review and they back online my comment. so please be careful while use froxy.com services. Note: the froxy.com send me this message yesterday ''I am writing to you in hopes of resolving the situation and providing you with a full refund. I would also appreciate it if you could remove your reviews that are ruining our reputation. As an example I am ready to offer you a free rate of our proxies for 1 month up to $100. If such an offer is to your liking, I will be happy to do whatever is necessary.''

You can see this company trying to remove my comment and offer me free things. But my lawyer has already taken action. Please be careful with this website they took my money and blocked my account. After I put comment here about this, they trying to remove it in any way!
