I had to take this company to small claims court after a repair of my laptop to replace the charging port ended with the laptop as a right off. The original fault was faliure to charge. Another repairer during an independent examination after the original repair found that the charging leads provided had both failed and was most likely the cause of the original problem. They also found heat damage to the motherboard. This experience took about 10 months to resolve with me receiving a cash settlement from frozen computers.

I've always wanted a custom-built PC but was always intimidated by the process. A friend recommended Frozen Computers, and I couldn't be happier with the experience. I had a rough idea of what I wanted for gaming and video editing, and Nathan took the time to listen to my needs and budget.

My husband and I were struggling with our new computer and were unable to get into our email account. I rang and spoke to Nathan. He checked with me that if we had any service from any other company that we could use. We hadn’t and he came to our house. He was very patient and contacted our provider and changed our passwords so that we were able to use it. He spent some considerable time with us and his charges were very reasonable. Would highly recommend!

This was quite a surprise for me as a 85 yr. old I was expecting to have to wait ages for my computer to be sorted. I had tried to do some changes to the hard drive and as a "numpty" messed up the whole system. Nathen sorted it out in a matter of hours, even supplied a pen drive with all the work from the hard drive just in case I had other problems.

Exceptional service from Nathan. He diagnosed the issue with my son's broken PC within a day. We asked for suggestions for upgrades & he gave those. I took my laptop to Frozen Computers, as the laptop screen got broken at home. A lovely man called Nathan replaced the screen and the laptop has worked perfectly since. I was very impressed with the high standard of technical expertise and customer service that was provided to me. I would definitely recommend this company to other people.

Went to Frozen Computers because I needed to get a new computer made as mine was not meeting the right requirements for the games and softwares I wanted to use, updated from 8GB of Ram to 20GB, I had around 125GB HDD storage which was mostly busy/taken by windows and now I have an SSD with over 1 TB and 125GB SSD, now I also have a LED lights which react to the music or whatever I choose and everything is installed in a glass case.
(updated from old Dell PC) I can proudly say that Nathan was friendly, there was clear communication and the prices are in reasonable price range. If something was not cost effective for me he would let me know straight away and provide an alternative way to make it worth for me, I have never been so happy before! 😁
