Quick and prompt

My email incorrectly detected paypal payout from them as junk email. As a result, the payment was expired before I realized that payment was already sent a while ago for credit card signups. I emailed asking if it's possible to resend the payment, and they immediately responded and sent again payment.

Also, I've received few credit card signup bonuses before, and never have I received payment so quickly. Overall, very pleasant experience and highly recommended

Went the extra mile...

Went the extra way to confirm that my application was done via their link. The bank made me go in branch and it disconnected the automatic confirmation. They went ahead and contacted the bank and I got my payment. Excellent customer service.

excellent people to work with

unlike other cash back sites, these guys cares about your cash back status. my application was denied online but approved in the branch. due to this situation, the cash back needs manually interaction with the bank. they worked on it proactively on behalf of me to get the cash back finally. highly recommened.

Transaction was as expected. Payment that was promised was received promptly after application was approved.
