Il cosmetico ordinato mi sembra originale. Arrivato nei tempi previsti. Nessun problema

I have bought my goods in 10th of October 2025 and still haven’t received it!
I have got a new email saying that I will receive it the 13 of November!!!
Horrible!!!!

SCAM COMPANY / LOST MONEY
Ordered trainers and they never arrived. Left a review on trustpilot and Frugo responded on trustpilot to say customer service would get in contact. They NEVER DID RESOLVE - never got trainers and still 200 dollars down. Frugo only wanted to LOOK like they were a legitimate company by responding on TrustPilot (So deceptive it’s disgusting!).

I’ve checked my review today to edit it and it seems they have STARTED A NEW COMPANY PROFILE ON TRUST PILOT TO HIDE BAD REVIEWS. THIS IS A SCAM COMPANY and you will LOSE YOUR MONEY!!

Bestilte min vare den 4/7. Fik mail tilbage om levering den 25/7. Modtog igår mail om jeg var tilfreds. Det er jeg så ik rigtigt, da jeg endnu ikke har modtaget varen eller mail om forsinkelse af varen.

Har prøvd flere ganger ta kontakt og spørre om ett produkt men siden feiler hver gang
Vert mye lettere om produktene presenteres på en bedre måte
