Frugo nz sold me a counterfeit JBL


I purchased a JBL speaker from Frugo nz and it was blatantly counterfeit. No serial code, the JBL exclamation logos were upside down, the box it came in was blank without a JBL logo on it and the sound quality is trash. The same speakers sell on Ali Express for $40
Buy at your own risk. This company is a scam.

No communication since order was placed


No communication since order was placed 5 days ago.Have used contact info nothing,no one answers??No info where my order is .The money has been paid and taken but no communication from Fruugo Is this real,I'm starting to feel like I been conned .
