I am so disappointed with this company

I am so disappointed with this company. $500 rip-off. They will have a realtor list your property on your local MLS but cannot put your contact info on the public facing info. Also - that listing transfers to Zillow.com so even if you had your house listed there on your own, with your info, the realtor.com listing covers it up so again, no one can actually contact you unless they find a realtor to contact you. Makes no sense. Don't waste your money!!!!!

In fact, we state in multiple places on our website — including the FAQs and the Terms & Conditions pages — that seller contact information cannot be displayed on public-facing MLS sites such as Zillow, Realtor.com, or Redfin. This is a rule set by the MLS and applies to all MLS listings, regardless of which company you use.

While it may seem frustrating, the MLS is designed to work through buyer agents, which is why inquiries typically come through those channels. Any leads received by the listing broker are promptly forwarded to the seller.

We truly regret that this wasn’t clearer to you before signing up, and we’re always happy to answer questions beforehand to make sure expectations are aligned.

A rip-off

Based on my experience this company is just a brokerage for real MLS listing services. The FSBO option does not get a listing seen by anyone, as Redfin, the only place a listing might be seen, will hide your listing. Then upgrading to MLS listing just directs you to another company where you will get a much worse deal than if you had contacted them directly.

The following email that I sent 1/17/2023 to FSBO will tell the story of my experience with this company!!! I paid over $500 to list my RV and here’s how it played out.

“Good afternoon. I am requesting that my 2022 Winnebago Hike H170S be removed from your data base, your auction site, your website, etc., ASAP.

I no longer give you permission to work on my behalf to sell my RV.

The customer service has been substandard since I listed with your company and paid my fee in October of 2022. I have called numerous times to ask for updates, and have always been given excuses about the sales rep’s “internet being down,” the sales rep being “sick,” and the representative “not having access” to my information. Each time, I was promised a return call to update me, and I have NOT ONCE received a call back or status update, as promised. Each time I have called, I have spoken to “Staci.” It’s questionable if she even truly works for the company from my vantage point. I suspect this is not a reputable company.

I am providing my attorney with a copy of this request.

I ask that you reply to this email with evidence that you have closed my account TODAY!”

AND I NEVER RECEIVED ANY RESPONSE!

Beware of hidden charges

Setting up with FSBO.Com was remarkable easy- until the handoff to the actual broker they selected to provide the MLS listing. This broker wanted my credit card information before he would list my property on MLS. I had already paid FSBO.com the full fee for the service plan I had selected. When I told the realtor I saw no reason to give him my credit card info, he stated "much like when you check into a hotel, you leave your credit card information for any incidental charges..." What Incidental charges? you get my credit card information IF I decide to buy something extra, not INCASE- in this online world. FSBO did refund my charge but be aware
