We understand how frustrating it can be when an account is closed due to a rule breach - particularly when trading is going well beforehand. That’s never a pleasant experience for any trader.

After reviewing your $10,000 Instant Funding account, our system triggered the Account Protector on 4th February due to position risk exceeding the permitted limits. The Account Protector is an automated safeguard designed to prevent accounts from breaching maximum loss parameters in a single move.

We do outline how this mechanism works, including soft breaches and trailing drawdown rules, within our FAQs and account documentation.
