Worst experience I've ever had working with an agency. They couldn't launch a single test without tons of bugs costing us 10's of thousands of dollars. They claim they weren't using AI or automations, and we found that is all they were using. They accidentally sent a message in our shared channel saying they forgot to QA the main home page test, while lying to us saying that they did. Horribe experience, can't be trusted, terrible at their job.
