We were alarmed to find that a squirrel had somehow seemingly got into our loft and it looked as though it might be preparing to nest there. I reached out to Full Guard to see whether they could help and Charlie responded very quickly to say that they could & offering an appointment within 48 hours.

Andy reached out to us to let us know he had been allocated to our job and kept us fully updated re arrival time.

When he arrived Andy fully checked out our loft, confirmed it was a squirrel and then identified the initial entry point through a hole in the soffit as well as two further holes inside where the squirrel had run along the inside of the soffit and pushed through the insulation. He then set one trap in the loft and another on our fence next to our neighbours’ conservatory, which we suspected was the route the squirrel was taking before climbing up the final part of the wall to the soffit.

Having set the traps, Andy then fixed some wire mesh over the hole in the soffit to prevent any further entry.

Fortunately there was no squirrel trapped in the loft (we might have scared it off before Andy’s arrival by playing a talk radio station in there) but two, including a female, were caught in the fence trap. On each occasion, Andy was quick to respond to our text message and arranged a follow up visit to take place within 24 hours. Once again he kept us fully updated with his ETA.

Based on our experience, it is quite clear that the people at Full Guard are experts in their profession and we would happily recommend them. Incidentally, they didn’t ask us to leave feedback/a reference but we felt they deserved one.

From start to finish Mike couldn’t have been more helpful. We had a real problem with some pests but Mike answered every question (and there were lots) with no problem. We couldn’t recommend these enough. Thank you Mike and the team.

Mike came to treat our drain fly problem today and was great. Listened, explained everything clearly, put up with my chemical anxieties and told us about the products he was using and what to expect. Would happily recommend to anyone and will use again if needed (which I hope we won’t 😆). Customer service before was great too both on phone and messages. Thank you!

Excellent company to deal with. Everyone I dealt with was polite and professional throughout. Will did a great job in helping resolve the issue I had with a squirrel in the loft. The options were clearly explained and the work to seal up the entry point was done within the hour. The price was very reasonable as well

I have used them at least 4 times over two or three years and they have been brilliant every time. Very polite, professional and did the the job at a reasonable price.

Mike was knowledegable and helpful. I did experience a problem with contacting Mike for a followup but that appears to have been due to an extended holiday for which he subsequently apologized.

Will was excellent from the start. Very knowledgeable, friendly and an asset to the company. I had an issue with rats, Will came over on time, assessed the situation and got to work immediately. I needed 3 visits, but now I’m rat free. I highly recommend this company, you will not be disappointed.

Excellent service. Found the squirrels' nest - not in the loft as we thought but tucked under the eaves - removed it and solved the problem. Courteous, professional and effective. Highly recommended.

I would highly recommend this company. I called Michael late in the evening on Sunday after hearing noises from my loft and from the first call he was very friendly and informative.

The service was first class - Michael arrived the next day and it turned out to be a mouse problem.

Found the entry point which was the garage after dilligently searching around the house. Returned for the second visit and found mouse's in the garage and blocked the entry point.

Have not heard any noise in the loft since. Michael provided us with advice on what to do - was very professional through out.

Fullguard Pest Control provided a professional, courteous service to remove rats from the cavity wall between us and our neighbours. Michael provided excellent advice and was very responsive.

Absolutely over the moon with the level of service received from Michael. Sadly we realised we had a rat problem in our house we had tried to source help
Locally but to no avail. Was shocked to come home to a hole in the kitchen ceiling! My son phoned Michael and he was so supportive we both felt like he really cared. He dropped everything and came out the next day. Ended up being with us over 2 hours was so thorough and explained every step
Of the way what he was doing and the potential cause of our problem. He inspected all parts of the house and baited the best areas. Two weeks later he came back and refilled the bait stations, at this point we could hear the rat but it seemed to be slowing down. Today he came back for the third visit, we were pretty sure the rat was deceased as no noise and a distinctive smell coming from the loft, as always Michael was professional and very helpful. He located the deceased rat and removed. Sealed up the entrance burrow with concrete and left me feeling much happier. The service and support we received was 2nd to none, I WOULD HIGHLY RECOMMEND AND WOULD NOT HESITATE TO CALL AGAIN for any pest control solutions.

I asked Michael @ Fullguard to help with a wasps nest in my loft as the previous company left me with little confidence or advice going forward. Michael was very knowledgeable during my initial telephone enquiry and very clear about the course of treatment he would provide.
