This company is a scam. I will be back everyday to rate and post about how they robbed me and my nonprofit.
I've called Sean Williams, Frank, Jason, and every other person who contacted me for payment but none of them will call me back.
My website is not live and it has not been turned over to me as I requested. I demand a full refund.

This company is unreliable and most likely a scam.

The company is said to be in LA, California. Yet, they only answer the phone at odd hours. We contacted them for their services and were asked to make a payment of $1599.00 before they are to start. We complied and the website they had was horrible and very tacky. We then went on to create examples of what we would like page by page, all they had to do is replicate the format and they said, since its a new layout they would need an additional $399.00. We were frustrated with the extra charges and no effort, we asked to cancel everything and get a refund. Of course they couldn't grant us a refund, nor could they give us access to make changes to our website. Not only that, every time we tried to reach out to someone who was helping us, they would have left or quit and we would be assigned to someone else. This is in a matter of a two week span.

I enlisted this company to help create my E-commerce websites in Winter 2020. After seeing the many positive reviews they had online, I had high expectations. I spoke with the manager, Adrian, and we had both come to an agreement on a specific timeline that featured a clear deadline to have the websites completely constructed. I was assured by Adrian that they would deliver exceptional service throughout the collaboration process.

Unfortunately, I was disappointed to find that their service was far from exceptional. I made it very clear to Adrian that I needed the first website to be fully completed by the end of December 2020; he responded that this goal was realistic and feasible for his company. Adrian did not tell me that my website was complete until April in the spring of 2021. Upon checking the "completed" website, I was met with many descriptions, photos, and other important details still missing. I had no choice but to pull my staff away from their responsibilities in order to pick up Adrian’s and his team’s slack. They also failed to start developing the second site which was still in its mock phase. As Adrian and his team tried to integrate my payment gateway onto the site, they failed to understand the laws for PCI compliance. They then stated that I would have to pay the developers an additional sum to have this completed. I was completely taken back by their excuses and rudeness.

Despite the amount of work my own staff had invested into the first website, the site was taken down by the web host shortly after for violating the terms and conditions. Adrian and his team failed to comply with the web host and they suspended my account.

I was thoroughly disappointed and robbed of my time and money. Therefore, I contacted my bank to get my money back. Without this capital, I was not able to invest in another company to redo the website that Weblogies failed to complete. I had to take the initiative to build my e-commerce from scratch along with my team.

One of the most frustrating components of Weblogies’ abysmal service was their poor communication. On several occasions, I would request a phone call with them only to be met with no answer. Weblogies would neither return my calls nor follow-up on any of my emails. When I confronted them for their lateness at one point, Adrian had informed me that their company reported having 55 positive COVID-19 cases , effectively affecting their efficiency as a business. I was again disappointed to find that their company consists of only 7 people, leaving me to doubt their explanations on why they were consistently failing to meet the deadline previously agreed on.

Another disappointing component of their service was that they claimed to be accredited by the BBB. I later learned that this company lied about their accreditation; one of the main reasons why I had chosen to work with Webologies in the first place was because of this accreditation. Unfortunately, because of this blatant fabrication that they are a BBB accredited website as well as the terrible service I received, I would never recommend any small business owner to trust in them either.

After reclaiming my money back from the bank, I began to receive several calls from this company. Even though they claimed to represent different companies each time, I refused to work with them. It was just one lie after another. I was also bombarded with texts, emails, and even Facebook requests to contact me by Adrian's team. I no longer have anything to discuss with this company after the treatment received from them. I told them any contact with them would be through my lawyers.

In short, this company is a scam. I am very lucky to get my money back, but I write this message with a conscious mind of other clients who may have or will be duped by this company and left with nonfunctional websites. Please be aware of where you invest your money.

The service was very good and professional, he give me multiple choice, and not only that explain in detail all other option to help my business grow with a large variety of tools

Sean was very helpful and accommodating. He was very attentive and helpful. I felt very comfortable working with him. He was very welcoming.

Do NOT use this scam company. It is a man based in Pakistan with a UK address and LTD company (Orbit technology solutions Ltd - company number 10542076 - Junaid Mansoor) he will take your money and then go missing. They will use the online 'chat' for new customers but as soon as you mention you're a current client they turn off this facility. You can contact him at the address in Blackburn. He uses this scam globally as it's a faux 'online' business.

Jagg here, used their services time and again, found them professional and cooperative throughout. Not only this, but also they hold keys to various problem solving skills. Absolutely recommended.

My experience was absolutely fantastic. These guys are able to deliver everything. 24/7 customer support makes them different from others.

All this company does is set you up for stress and scams. They built our website but were unresponsive and difficult to reach, so we prepared to move to another host. Before we could do that, the site crashed. When I called about it, they told me that it was because Google had blacklisted us because we needed a security certificate, and we needed to pay $399 urgently for them to do the work or the site would be down for at least 2 weeks. A valid certificate was in place at the time, and Google's "blacklisting" involves a flag in their search results, not crashing a site. We did not pay and we switched hosting of the site to a new provider. Fast forward two months and these scammers texted the founder of our company saying there was an issue with our site. When we talked with them, they said that "because we are receiving so much traffic on our website we are almost at full capacity with our current bandwidth and that we need to expand our current package". This can only be a deliberate scam because they are no longer hosting our website!

This firm is the worst I have ever dealt with in the 40 years of being in business.

I hired them to build me a new website and after more than 6 months they never got it right in anyway.

We went back and forth for a long time. I would ask for a revision and if that was right 2-3 other things were either missing or messed up in some way.

I had had enough so I fired them and got a freelancer to start from scratch. The freelance got my site up in about 3 weeks and did a beautiful job.

I requested a refund and they said NO because the site went live, which was their suggestion, only to see if it would function correctly.

In addition, the theme they used was out of date and couldn't be updated so we had to buy another theme and rebuild the sight again.

I wouldn't use these guys if they were the only ones on earth that could do this work, thankfully they are not.

Had a awesome Experience with Fullstop branding Great fast service, highly Recommended.

Was not upfront about costs. Did not even use the logo services because of all the hidden fees.

They were quick and I was able to get our new logo generated in the different file formats needed. I didn't opt to have them register the logo.

Sean was very easy and pleasant to work with. He easily understood what I wanted and produced it in what seemed to me to be record time! Additionally, I found the price to extremely reasonable for the service and product that I received.
