Amazing quality tracksuits! Nothing but compliments when I’m out! Every fit is giving 😍😍

Excellent quality, slow delivery but ordered pre-xmas so forgivable.

Good customer service , the person I spoke to managed to help me with the situation in returning my order and getting a refund .

Appalling customer service.
Ordered more than 1 tracksuit but they didn't ship my item for 19days cause 2 of the items were out of stock. I reached out multiple time then I recieved a call 19days after my initial order stating it was out of stock at which point I asked for the whole order to be cancelled. They refused and still sent an item that was late and no longer needed(it was meant to be a birthday present and I got the person something else as they never sent the items).
They have refused to send me a return label and I'm out £100 (even though it's meant to be included in the packaging).
Also the colour wasn't as described so on top of everything else, they are involved in false advertisement.

Outstanding service! Ordered my item on the 22/12/24 ( Christmas week) and received it the on the 24/12/24. This just shows!!!🫵🏾. The quality of the tracksuit is unmatched colour, material and design. From start to finish my item was handled with care ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️. Thank you FULLYPAID

Honestly the worst and most unprofessional company I’ve ever bought from ever. I’ve returned my tracksuit and I haven’t received store credit nor a response to my emails at all. I then had a phone call confronting me regarding the amount of emails I sent. I was then told “I won’t stop everything I’m doing to sort out your return, wait till the end of the week” this was 2 weeks ago. I’ve been ignored since then which results in me now needing to contact my bank to get my money back. I hope if you do order from these guys, that you’ve got the right size because oh man I wish you the best if you need to contact them regarding your order. They’re thieves!

Ordered a tracksuit on Black Friday and the company contacted me to let me know it was sold out. Instead of offering me a refund I recieved a phone call to make me aware and was offered an alternative which I accepted. When the parcel arrived I saw that I recieved my tracksuit AND a hat & a shirt as a good will gesture. Now that’s what you call customer service !

This company is not LEGITIMATE (trading standards need to be called).

Waited over a month for products after being told daily they will arrive tomorrow then they refund me with no warning or communication....why would you need my money for a whole 6 weeks..definitely dodgy......joke company with ghetto customer service!!!!!!!!

I will not order from this company again. I returned an item for a different size, communication is terrible. And nearly 2 weeks since they received back my item and still no tracksuit sent back out to me. I am going to start a dispute with my bank to claim my money back. They are aware it’s a present!!

I ordered a hoodie for my son, but quickly realised it was going to be too big. I subsequently placed another order for a smaller size. As both orders would have a delayed dispatch due to black Friday, I emailed and asked if they could cancel/refund the 1st order before it was due to be sent - no answer. When I finally received both orders, I sent a refund request for the larger hoodie, I didn't even open the packaging of the larger size. They replied asking if all tags were attached etc and I replied yes, as haven't even opened the package. They then said as it was in the sale they could only offer exchange or credit note - i had paid full price and the item i had bought was not reduced, it was out of stock (some other colours were now reduced). I replied stating that I had paid full price and requested a refund within 14 days (per online consumer rights) so was entitled yo a full refund and requested return details again. I finally got a returns form sent to me - pls note, they say on the website your items come with a returns note but they do not! I ended up paying for special delivery to ensure it was signed for etc otherwise I believe they would have made up another excuse. I'm all for small, British companies, but when they try to deceive regarding your rights to return, it boils my blood! Shame as I obviously paid for and kept the smaller size, just extremely disappointed with customer service.

I ordered 2 tracksuits and I have to say these were ordered on Sunday delivered by today. What excellent service, even when I needed to ask a question I got an answer straight away. The tracksuits are great quality and my son will be so happy to open these Christmas Day. I will be ordering from FULLYPAID again. Once again thank you.

I ordered a tracksuit for my son on the 9th Dec 24 for Christmas, but still haven;'t received anything from them.
So frustrating.

First order arrived and I’m very satisfied right away. The clothes are of great quality, fast support, and friendly staff.

I hope the items I ordered a month ago (which still haven’t arrived) are of the quality others have mentioned. Otherwise I will be writing another disappointing review. Small business or not customer service needs to improve.

Design, quality and fit 10/10. Definitely buy from here again. Shipping and delivery also spot on and very fast!

I bought the navy fully paid tracksuit on Black Friday sale and I wasn’t disappointed. It took a couple weeks to arrive because of back order but when it did come and I tried it on it was genuinely the most comfortable tracksuit I’ve ever worn and I love the material used for it plus the design is pretty cool. Would recommend to friends and would buy again from the brand in future. Many thanks 🙏🏽
