Very poor customer service & worthless warranties
It’s been very disappointing dealing with Fumfie’s customer service. For one, their warranties seem worthless. I sent in my camcorder that wasn’t functioning correctly, and they said that the damage wasn’t covered even though they admitted that it was probably caused by what I considered to be a default of the device. They wouldn’t budge on any compensation. They did say that they would fix a minor problem that it had, but when I got it back, they hadn’t. They proved on more than one occasion that they were not willing to work with me on any of these issues. I was stonewalled at every request for consideration. Don’t buy anything from this company.

DO NOT buy from this Vendor. I purchased the Canon EOS 250 D that was supposed to be like new (QUESTIONABLE). I went thru the invoice and the package to assure all the items were included. At this point i am feeling great. Right out of the box this Camera displayed a message "Change the Battery Pack ". Since the camera came with 2 battery I obliged, still same message "Change the Battery Pack". Both batteries were charged and still same issue (NOTE: NO LIGHT ON THE CANON CHARGER WERE DISPLAYED DURING CHARGING. NEW IS TRULY QUESTIONABLE ). At this point I attempted to reach out to the seller to no avail. After repeatedly not getting assistance I contacted Amazon whom could not contact this seller as well. Now get this, per the sellers Amazon listing for returns. The sellers wants you to 1) pay for return shipping for a defective product right out of the box that they sold you. 2) wants you to pay a restock fee for a defective product they sold you right out of the BOX. At that point i took things into my own hand, doing my legal diligence. DO NOT RECOMMEND BUYING NOT EVEN A CAMERA STRAP FROM THIS SELLER. Here is their Amazon Store link: ( Fumfie) , which I am quite sure BASED ON THE GOOGLE REVIEWS I HAVE SEEN, they will be changing their name as the other reviews has mentioned. But I filed a fraudulent vendor complaint thru Amazon to have this Seller Banned. They have a history of this type of unethical business practices
I have had mixed experiences
I have had mixed experiences with Fumfie. This latest experience was not good. Placed order, payment processed, 5-8 day delivery. After 14 days called requesting update. Spoke with theee individuals who said order would be expedited and I would receive a call back confirmation. Four days later I called again, spoke to two people with second one looking into problem and offering call back. Call back several hours later indicated item was not in stock and no idea when item would process. Then received an email asking if I’d like to cancel order. From order to cancellation was 21 days.
In my opinion
In my opinion, Fumfie.com is a company that has no problem committing fraud they posted they had a TG-4 for sale they sent me a TG-5. The invoice even stated it was a TG-4 but when I try to return it they wouldn't accept it.

Fumfie is a cool place to browse and shop for plenty of things including cameras and accessories. I really like they have great bundles on the TV's Cameras, camcorders etc. I'll keep coming back since it is a must.

sent it back and they replaced it with another defective one.
sent it back, got refund and ordered from B&H photo with a better price and no defects.

I purchased a Nikon D7100 with a five year warranty that was for repairs and cleanings in Oct 2, 2014. Warranty was through Oct 2, 2019.
I called Fumfie Aug 21, 2019 to get authorization to send in in for repairs and cleaning. The customer service representative looked up my purchase and confirmed my warranty was still valid and emailed instructions on how to send it in for service which included an RMA number (return merchandise authorization). She referenced order number 62902.
In Aug 30, 2019, I received an email from customer service that stated, “David,
Please give us a call in regards to the camera it seems like this camera wasnt brought from us so the camera will be returned back to you.
Sarah”.
After servers emails trying to get them to honor the warranty they said my order was too old and they had no record of me purchasing a warranty. At this point I called in and asked customer service if there was a way to look at purchases I had made from them. He looked me up and told me of my camera purchase. I asked if there was anything else on the purchase and he advised me a lens and 4 year warranty and the camera with a 5 year warranty. He asked if I would like him to email a copy of the purchase order to me. Of course I said yes. In minutes I received the email with the invoice. The actual order number on the invoice is 70851.
I then sent an email back with the invoice included in the email. How is it that the first call I made for authorization to send it in they found my order and gave me an RMA number, then deny I made a purchase from them? How is it that when I call in to get info about my previous orders without bringing up my situation they were able to find my purchase with the warranties.
I filed a BBB complaint with the information I am putting in this rating and on Sep 2, 2019 I received a response from the BBB and Fumfie that they were going to honor the warranty.
On Sep 3, 2019 I sent another email advising they had my camera and authorization for service was authorized and to advise me in the status. On the same day I received a reply it was sent in for cleaning.
Sep 11, 2019 I again emailed customer service to check the status. Sep 12, 2019 I got a response the camera was still with the repairs department but she would advise them to ship it back to me when it was completed.
Sep 26, 2019 I had not received my camera back nor had I heard anything, so I sent another email requesting the status. Sep 27, 2019 I got a response email stating they were awaiting a call back from the returns department and they would let me know when they got a response.
I never heard back but my camera showed up in the mail Oct 2.
When I opened the box my camera was wrapped and boxed exactly as I shipped it to them. The screen was smudged and there was no invoice showing what was done like most places give when they do work on an item. So, I have no idea if anything was even done to my camera.
Conclusion: Do “NOT” purchase an extended warranty from FUMIE!
