Absolutely garbage team , as no one cares for the customer who is paying bucks. Everyday New hope , frustrating prop firm

If I lose 106$ then they breach my account by saying that it is maximum daily loss, I don't like it. The system is very bad, support and contact are also not available.

Worst Experience Ever – Stay Away from Fortress Funding!

Fortress Funding is by far the most unprofessional and unreliable firm I’ve ever dealt with. They lure traders with attractive offers, but once you purchase an account, you’re left completely helpless.

Here’s my experience:
Zero Transparency: After purchasing my account, I faced multiple issues, including glitches on their dashboard where losses were shown incorrectly. Instead of fixing it quickly, their support kept giving excuses.

Pathetic Support: Tickets remain unanswered for days (sometimes 40+ hours with no update). When they do reply, they simply say “please wait” without solving the actual problem.

False Promises: They advertise upgrades and benefits for old users, but in reality, they keep delaying and never honor their commitments.

Unfair Practices: If your account breaches even slightly, they wash their hands off. But when their own system glitches, they don’t take responsibility.

⚠️ New traders, please do NOT waste your money here. There are many better prop firms in the market that are transparent, professional, and actually care about their clients. Fortress Funding will only waste your time, money, and energy.

👉 My honest advice: Stay away from this company.

If only i had negative review system i would have done that. I had a lotnof respect for Guardeer sir, but this time all the respect has gone down. 1st they took 25 days to migrate their CRM and i waited patiently and Guardeer sir gave this statement that all old users will get additional 10k account biy every day they come up.with new rules. Today i am getting bored lets out some new rule for these losers and let me earn money this way... Y?? Because i had invested alot of money in my broker so charge my faithful users and put them alod of new rules so that i get free from the commitments. Worst worst worst. Go with the5ers better trade with them... fortress has lost the game even before it started... AGAIN DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY HERE.

Aur ek bat ye log free account buy 1 get 1 ka laalach dekar scam kar rhe hai ..inlogon ne kisi ko free account nhi diya ...guardeer sir bahut acche the but ek kahawat hai na jisko bhagwan jitna dta hai pet bharta he nhi hai..wo paise ke laalach me andha hokar ab scam karne lge hai..ye sirf emotional batein karte logon ko lut rhe hai...finally ye log 1 star v deserve nhi karte ...ye 1 star unhone jo gyan diya ye uss gyan ke liye hai

Their platform lags like hell; you can't manage your position on MT5. The candles disappear, and the price refreshes in a minute. Sometimes, if you minimize your MT5 and then come back, it takes forever to update the chart and price. When I contacted them via email to either solve this issue or refund, they simply stopped replying to emails. I'm feeling betrayed.

Fortressfx is known as guardeer funding. 4 months are gone but still my payout is not received. His owner is near to Bank corruption. He has no money to gave payout fortress fx is currently in big loss. Approx 170 people who waiting there payout but no one get payout. I am very disturbed and dis satisfied with this prop firm don't buy there account and course

I buyed my account 2 July but the change there severe due to my profit was doesn't count. Plus they do fake promise after 2 3 day. But not fulfil. My july month totally gone. In augest 3 i got my account finally back or i passed my both phase account in just week, after next week i try to trade, i took some losses, but my daily drawndown was not hit but they breached my account. I rise ticket but a lot of ticket already rised in there severe. My ticket solve at 20 Augest but i trade again there have a again glitch inside my account again breached. Now im again w8ng. My two month totally waste. Or they dont give free account as there promises. Not give proper answer in dicord just same replies. Wait, patience, we will fix, not a proper support. Ticket solved after 10 15 days. You miss your opportunities. Or if you got account. The a lot of glitches. Fake promises. All trader are frustrated here. But the hide there negative and delete msg if some say fact about and truth about there prop firm. Give week timeout or give permanent ban. I got tow id ban in there discord just i only share the truth or facts not a single. Negative comment. I have also proof.

I have been using Fortress Funding from past 3 weeks. The prop firm is new in industry but it is really Good working very precisely and efficiently. Also NEWS trading is allowed in all evaluation phases also in Live account. There is No sleepage in News trading and normal trades alongside spread is very least and with least commission. Guardeer brother did a promising Hardwork on Fortress. I am waiting for getting the FREE account as told on launch by founder guardeer. Really Great Fortress funding.

If you are looking to buy the world’s worst funded account, then welcome to this prop firm. There is no specific time for withdrawals, the support team doesn’t solve any problems, and everything about them feels unprofessional. All are the worst. And if anyone says this is a good prop firm, then trust me – he or she is just their owner student or connected to the owners. Stay away if you don’t want to waste your time and money.

Biggest liar among the prop-firm No payout for more then 2 months now and before this issues they offered 100 dollar and 10k step 2 account as compensation but now they are only offering 10k accounts as a compensation and i have already lost a 301 dollar profit account just because they had a mistake in their system about showing -92 dollar in negative and that’s why i was unable to take payout req and i had to pay for my emi thats why sadly i had to trade to earn more for next month because they took more then 21 days to resolve this issue but still no resolution was there and ultimately i lost 301 dollar account and also months before i had sended them email about an issue for my account no triggered my SL even the spread touched my SL multiple times still not reply till this date , my current payout is still pending and they are refusing to even send me a reply and the owner himself is little bit egoistic and unprofessional…. Just a 23 year of old kid who has achieved the success but not the wisdom to understand there side of mistake and give compensation according to the mistakes my case is different from others and i will not get happy even with 300 dollar and 10k account i lost more time and account trusting this propfirm and now i had to open a new loan on july which takes 10% monthly just because fortressfunding / guardeerfunding was unable to send me payout and till date i am paying them 10% because it was local loan banks don’t give out loans to jobless person because currently i am a jobless person….. such a disappointment from them and last thing to say from my side there is SHIT they will delete your messages and will reply to you like a robot there no such thing as customer support they are there just to control the aggression of users by deleting messages and banning then cant even say a SHIT about them in discord totally pathetic. Don't buy anything until fixed (even after fixed be ready to face any issues in future).

The Maishch is So Good i was having issue in getting the funded account from almost two and a half week even got evaluation account instead of Funded but Today Maishch Resolved the issue and provided me the funded account and even after resolving my issue he cordinated with me thru mail and answered my further Queries

I initially discovered him through YouTube, where the videos gave the impression of genuinely wanting to help traders. Unfortunately, my actual experience turned out to be very disappointing.

After purchasing a funding account, I did not receive access for almost 10 days. Once the account was finally provided, I encountered multiple technical issues. On several occasions, the account would suddenly show as “breached” without valid reasons.

The trading conditions were also highly unfavorable. The spreads and commissions were extremely excessive. For example, when I opened just 2 lots on ETH, I was immediately down by $40, which was later explained as “commission.” This is far beyond what one would expect from a legitimate funding provider.

In addition, I noticed a growing focus on upselling — including paid signal groups, courses such as “La Plata,” and even a newly launched broker in collaboration with another individual (Atul Shendge / Topg). Unfortunately, this broker also appeared unreliable and buggy.

Overall, the service fell far short of expectations. Instead of being customer-focused, it seems more geared toward monetization through hidden costs and additional sales. Based on my experience, I would not recommend this funding house to anyone seeking a genuine and professional trading service.

Even when I messaged them, they told me to open live support, but it showed that the ticket limit had been reached. There is no way to contact live support. And Discord team; they only keep telling you to wait, wait, wait.

I strongly advise traders to stay away from Fortress Funding. It has been more than 7–8 months and they still haven’t processed my payout. Instead of paying old traders, they keep selling new accounts and claiming that “the system is under maintenance” or “work is in progress.”

Their support team completely ignores any questions regarding payouts and never gives a clear answer. This is highly unprofessional and feels like a complete scam.

Fortress Funding is not a trustworthy prop firm – they are only focused on taking money from new traders while avoiding their existing obligations. Please be careful before investing your time and money here.

I am giving this review after 1 year working with this firm ….. 3 months se payout nahi ……whole December prop firm band tha , whole July prop firm band tha broker change ka bahana banake ….I trusted Guardeer but he has broken that trust now , Banda sirf emotional khel khelta hai ….har baar bolta hai ki ye mera last course and bla bla ….har 6 mahine baad naya course dekhne milega …..propfirm mai koi issue aaye ga to koi dhang se help bhi nahi krega ….
