Being working with Nathan now over a year now helping clients with their funding requirements , he is so good at what he does but more importantly:He cares about his work and cares about the people that are using his services.

Always professional and more importantly to me , very good at updating all parties about the latest, never letting you guessing what’s going on.
I have no hesitation recommending him to anyone wanting hassle free fund raising !

I always felt supported by Nick and had full confidence in his advice which he has gleaned from years of experience. Would highly recommend.

I highly recommend Chris Parnell from Funding Friends. Quite frankly, we needed a miracle and Chris delivered!
During our initial conversation, I explained the background to our new development project, our overall financial position, and our need to raise funds against our existing property investments. Chris quickly understood our situation and proposed a solution that, at the time, I didn’t even realise was an option.
He was instrumental in securing the finance, skilfully coordinating the required surveys and working closely with the solicitor and the bank to ensure all conditions were met quickly.
Chris really knows his stuff. His communication was prompt throughout, and he was patient and clear in explaining the process from start to finish. Without Chris’s expertise, the process would not have moved forward or completed on time. Excellent service, definitely 5 stars!

Damian had a great understanding of all the factors involved with completing a complex new build and went above and beyond helping achieve building completion, satisfying the banks requirements, from planning conditions sign off to finalising a practical completion certificate.
Damian facilitated the smooth supply of funds to build our project then provide us with a mortgage upon completion.

Andrew Robertson was a source of constant support in this process. Always willing to help and advise, he was at the end of a call or email for what seemed 24/7 during this our funding application. Knowledgeable, diligent and thoughtful, he helped facilitate achieving our funding goals and helped us persevere through some tougher challenges. I would highly recommend him and Funding Friends.

Rob Stockwell was recommended to me by my partners work colleague to help source funding towards a property purchase which was required for my business start up venture.
Having searched endlessly online and been contacted by multiple people wasting hours of my time to lead to dead ends! I can without doubt say the resulting purchase would not have happened without him! Not only did he source the commercial mortgage for me, he acted like a friend, drove me along to get things done where necessary, put me in touch with his contacts needed to help with other areas and chased relentlessly on my behalf! It's not a 9-5 job for him, it seemed to start at 7 a.m. and finish when even I had signed off for the day. Highly recommend Nathan Foster and the whole Funding Friends team.

Lisa Walls-Hester was amazing. Really supportive and clear, and helped a lot to keep everything moving along. Her credible relationships with lenders and knowledge really helped us to find the right lender to work with.

Nathan Foster was absolutely brilliant and without him we would not have achieved purchasing our property and the business. A highly knowledgeable professional with superb communicational skills, a fantastic ambassador for the brand. 5 stars all the way Had excellent service from the first initial call. Actually when Nathan called us we were almost about to finalise another broker with half minded because we had no other option. His call came out of the blue rescuing us from confusion and didn’t look back since then. Amazed with his positive energy and cheerful conversations right from the beginning until we succeed in our purchase. He quickly secured a mortgage for our situation which other brokers couldn’t get near the rate and fees we managed to secure. In the world of brokers who never share their mobile number and only let you to reach on the office line, Nathan shared his mobile number from the initial call and was ALWAYS there when we got a question. Nothing was too much trouble he was in constant contact. Our situation and purchase was let down by most of the broker companies and senior firms leaving us with no options for about 2 months but Nathan did it with all possible ways he could and completing our purchase with no issues is indeed his big achievement. For anyone reading this I highly recommend speaking to Nathan before you finalise a deal with anyone else. He make things happen. there was nothing he would not do to assist us. Towards the end of the purchase we were short of funds and Nathan did all he could to up the mortgage money from the lender, so grateful to him forever. He took so much stress off of our shoulders in getting this deal on the table and seeing it through to the end. He is always available, always helpful and always in a good mood. He has a can-do attitude to his work and the most capable and impressive mortgage brokers we have ever worked with.

It’s a shame that we couldn’t leave this review since last 4 months due to whirlwind of work that unfolded after purchase, sorry and thank you very much Nathan. All the best for your career.

I am pleased that my transaction been completed, after a long and tiring process. Andrew helped me to find a suitable lender from his data base, got the funding approved and guided me on each and every step of the transaction very professionally. His professional and positive approach kept me motivated and focused all the time. I am very satisfied and will certainly recommend his services to my contacts.
