Funding Frontier Is a Scam — Avoid at All Costs

I traded with Funding Frontier for over 2.5 years. I’m not some bitter newbie who blew an account — I was one of their top earners. They’ve bragged all over their marketing about paying me over $40,000. But here’s the reality they hide: once I became consistently profitable, they pulled every shady trick in the book to stop paying me and kick me out.

Here’s exactly what happened:
• I was due a $3,000 payout last year. Out of nowhere, they denied it. Their excuse? A “no trading during news” rule. They claimed it had always existed — yet they never emailed me, never posted on social media, never announced it anywhere except buried in Discord. Not everyone even uses Discord, and they know that. This was nothing but a cheap excuse to steal my payout.
• I kept trading and went on a hot streak. My payouts averaged $2,000 and I hit a $6,000 payout they used in their advertising. They even forced me to do a promotional interview so they could milk my success for their marketing.
• Right after that, I was due another $3,000 payout — and suddenly, they claimed I had “breached” my account… a week and a half later. Funny how the “breach” always happens right before a payout.
• At the same time, I passed their “Buy One, Get One” challenge for a $200K account. Passed it fair and square. They took it away. No valid reason.
• When I questioned them, they didn’t explain — they banned me from Discord and ignored every single email I sent. After over a week, I finally got a reply saying I was “argumentative” and “not a good fit.” Translation: I was asking too many questions about their shady rule changes and payout denials.

Nothing about my trading behavior changed in the 2.5 years I was with them — except one thing: I started taking more money from them than I was giving back. That’s when they suddenly found reasons to cut me off.

Since then, I’ve tried to contact them to continue trading. Zero response. I’ve opened tickets like they recommend. Ignored. They know exactly what they’re doing.

Funding Frontier plays nice when you’re inconsistent or losing. But the second you start consistently making money from them, they’ll hit you with surprise rules, made-up breaches, and complete communication blackouts until you’re gone.

If you’re thinking about joining them, understand this: You will not have a long-term career with Funding Frontier. They’ll use you for marketing when you win small, and when you win big, they’ll find a way to take it all back.

They are not a legitimate funding company. They’re a payout lottery where the house always wins — and the moment you beat them, they change the rules.

They are scam, do not waste your time, money and energy, I bought an account with them, after 2 months, pass phase 1, then phase 2. They refuse to give me live account and said i had 3 soft breach i was never aware of us.

I am expecting a faster reply if not in Mail 📬 at least in discord or anywhere if I need any immediate information from your side I am getting the reply after 2 days or one day.

But honestly what I love about funding Frontier is that you people give very good offers.

Totally useless in support especially in emails not responding on any of my emails and when I ask about my funded account they got timed out me in discord and not responding on my emails.

Good:
- Payout if you don't violate the rules. With 5K account they paid as it is small amound of money. For higher account, I'm not sure they will
Bad:
- No refund after payout as they said in their rules. I have been waiting for 4 months. When asking from discords, supporters asked to open ticks and again and again. Then request to open ticket via website, and also no update. And request to send email directly to support team and yes, same no update.
- Take like week or 2 weeks to be activated account if you pass the challenge
- Take too too long for resolving any issue. They ask to open the ticket and again open again.
- After I payout for some times, they request an interview to share the story to "inspire" other traders. Which I call as an advertising their firm to attract more trader for them. Even my issue still be there without any update or info provided. So I reject the interview.
- Your message will be deleted anyway if you complain about them...
- Don't bother to list out here any more...

I won 2nd prize at poker last sunday. Winner announcement took some time but after opening ticket their response and cooperation was quick and satisfying. Organization of community binding game activities is also appreciable.

I have been blocked on the Discord platform for complaining in the chat about an account that has been under review for more than a week and they still have not answered my questions and they have not given me the next phase 1. It is a waste of time and money since each account costs money and I feel scammed.
