This is a scam company, not transparent. Extremely slow support, unprofessional. Manually re-evaluate the account after the trader passes but is not given evidence, clearly identified when failing the course (failed). They block/delete you from the Discord channel if you have questions, provide evidence to discuss, warn others. If you have questions via Email, they are silent and do not respond, opening a support ticket is also not answered. Everyone should avoid cooperating with them to avoid losing money as well as time and effort.

The community needs to be cautious of scams related to the investment/financing fund called Funding Frontier

when the others no ones offers, i am very satisfied and pleasured with all services this prop company,

Pros:-
1.The price for a challenge is super affordable.
2.There rules are simple and easy to pass if you maintain strict risk management.
3. They provide payouts timely.
4. They do have a active discord community where we can share ideas as well as any issues we face are promply solved by Mr Koushik and his team.

Cons
The email support is unresponsive at times.

Don't go with this propfirm at any cost
Because they have worst spreads even in indices
And there support staff is tooo slow
And you have to do verification first in order to execute your first trade and I want to ask why is this necessary

Worst prop

I bought a two-step account, but it still shows no transactions or account history.

Unfortunately, my experience with this company has all the signs of a scam. After failing two challenges, I managed to pass Phase 1 and Phase 2 on a 100k account. A few days after completing Phase 2, my account status was still "in review." I reached out to support and was informed that the process might take longer than the expected 48 hours. At this stage, everything seemed fine, but unfortunately, as days and weeks passed, there was still no response from support.

I sent emails, messaged on the website chat, and submitted tickets both on the site and on Discord—yet I received no reply. After about two weeks of complete silence, I was banned from Discord, initially for a week, then extended for another, and as of writing this review, my ban has been extended yet again. It has now been a month since I passed Phase 2.

At this point, I want to emphasize that I was not rude in the chat, nor did I ask about my case every day. My ban was clearly meant to prevent me from asking questions about my funded account in order to avoid scaring away potential "clients."

What makes this situation even more absurd is that I have friends with smaller accounts (10k and 50k) at this company who have actually received payouts, which is why I initially decided to work with FF.

After about three weeks, I sent an email stating that I no longer even wanted my funded account—I just wanted a refund of my deposit. Of course, no response.

As of now, it's been four weeks since I passed Phase 2, two weeks since I was banned from Discord, and two and a half weeks without any response from support.

Everyone can draw their own conclusions, but from my experience, if you're purchasing a challenge for a larger capital amount, it's better to go with big players rather than small firms where your potential payout could significantly impact the company's liquidity.

I purchased two small accounts during a promo, but I haven't been funded yet. The spreads aren't great, but I can work with them. However, I’ve already encountered some issues. One of my trades was stopped out for no clear reason—even though it was in profit—likely due to the large spreads.

To make things worse, customer support has been nearly non-existent. They replied with one vague question and then went silent. I even sent screenshots to explain the issue, but it feels like they just don’t care.

I’ll update my rating if I eventually get funded and receive payouts—or if the experience gets worse

Very nice and easy

The company is total fraud me. I have one $200k fund account banned by the company which I made more than 5% profits, and the company said my strategy is not good for them, but they would issue the refund. After one month, they not only do not issue the refund but also removed me from the Discord channel which I do not said anything bad in public channel about the company. I only opened tickets privately asking for the refund process becasue it had been taken so long time. Now I would stand up to fight, traders would never get payout or even refund in this company. At the same time, I got more than $20,000 from XXX (I have to hide the company name here for legal reason), more than $5,000 from XXX, more than $4,000 from XXX with the same strategy. I do not know how to forward the email here regarding the whole conversation with thier risk team which they said that they would issue the refund. I am shocked by what this company done to me, waiting for over one month for the refund, and finally kicked out by thier community as a trash.

Funding Frontier team, what you accused me is totally wrong, and I would answer your question here to disclose you are continue lying to traders. Moreover, I have all proven documents with hand for further investigation.

1. For the first accusation. I do not use any latency arbitrage strategy in my whole trading career, and I do not even know what is the latency mean. Finally, I know the reason after interview with other firms CEO. My strategy is to find the exactly pivot point when trading, and sometimes I took the profits very fast, so the real A-Book prop firm cannot copy my trades. That is what you mean “Latency”. After I aware this issue, I have changed my strategy in the following trade. You risk team not only do not discuss with me this issue clearly but also lying would issue a full refund of the challenge fee as a gesture of goodwill (THIS IS THE EXACTLY WORDS YOU USED IN THE EMAIL). What is the result? l have been waiting over one month and then you banned me on the Discord community as a trash. Second, you said “This has also been verified by multiple other prop firms, all of which have similarly banned you.” Please list the prop firms names, and we could verify together. Do you have the names?? The fact is that at the same time period, I got payout with three other firms with more than $28,000, if I am cheating using any latency strategy as you stated, why I can get the payout from other firms? Please tell me the reason. I have all the payment proof amd trading records to check. I cannot find a way post them on Trustpoilt. You do not admit your mistake until now but still find excuse to debate with your client?

2. For the second accusation, what is the hell of operate Vietnamese brokerage? That is another lie, do you have the evident I own the brokerage? If you have the evident, please stated, and I am very curious when I own a brokeage? Why you made up this story, and what is your purpose? You are not solve the refund problem at all but make another problem, that is how your company treat your client?

3. For the third accusation, I am a honest trader without cheating. If you do not like my trading strategy, I can change the strategy to fit, but in this case, you never discuss with your trader and give them the fake hope. I am not really care about the small fees for refund, but I am caring your dishonst behavior to traders, I am doubt that we would NEVER get payout for whatever reasons, even the small refund from my case, that is why I must disclose the truth here. Your company is not worthtrust by traders and let us see what happened next.

In conclusion, what I have wrote here are all the truth. If I did used the latency strategy, fake the prop firm or hide any information, I do not need to reply these questions in public and just delete this message, and then run away. I am not afraid you at all because I am an innocent and honest trader, with all real trading records and back forward emails for evidents.

Guys literally this prop firm is a scammm don't trust they found if you are highly profitable they just kick out and ban from discord and give a bullshit reason pls go for funding pips or other genuine prop firm , they never give big payouts and their support system sucks they never reply email they just block and disappear i have proofs and posted it on insta they failed my account and told me the reason that you kyc is failed how tf is failed i completed kyc successfully and there dashboard shows successful verification and one thing more you cant trade until you are fully verified how tf i passed both phases and you are telling my your account is failed because of failed kyc their support mailed me that you kyc is successful now after passing they telling my this bullshit reason to scam

They just brech my account after completing 3 phase and reason was invalid kyc totally froud prop firm never buy account in this propfirm😡

What stood out the most was their exceptional customer support. The team was always available to provide guidance and answer questions.

Good company

I have paid a 33 dollars for 5k account but still I don't get my account. I have sent a email them but they did not respond any thing

I have never seen something like that in the prop industry.
In the 9 of the December 2024 I have bought a 50k Challenge from them and after 2 months I have passed the evaluation(Phase1-Phase2). While I was waiting for my funded account, suddenly my account resulted as breached. I have not received any emails from them, but only the tag "Breached" on the dashboard; so I decided to contact them via email,Discord tickets and support via website.
They ignored my tickets and when I was trying to solicit a response they muted me on Discord for 7 days.
After 7 days, I have been banned from their discord.
I tried to contact via website but nothing to do, they they continued to ignore me when I was also banned from their website. My number of account was 7415349388. Obviously I have never received a response from the email. The main and only operator that "would have to be in charge to help" you is Koushik
