We’ve been using Funding Loop across our chain of 47 nurseries for a couple of years now, and it has completely transformed the way we manage funding claims.
The system saves us a huge amount of time by digitising and streamlining the entire claims process. It significantly reduces manual admin and, most importantly, gives us confidence that our claims are accurate, ultimately saving the business money.
From an operational perspective, it’s incredibly easy to track which parents have completed their forms and which haven’t. The automatic chasing functionality is a real game changer, helping to ensure nothing slips through the cracks without adding extra workload for the team.

This system has made the process of ensuring funding forms are completed each term very quick and straight forward. Forms and other uploads are kept electronically making it easy to check yearly funding and providing local authorities with forms in the event of an audit.

The system is very easy to use and navigate and provides instant financial data on termly funding which is useful both for funding estimates and for financial reporting purposes.

The system also uploads information to portals saving hours of manual input and removes the risk of human error when transferring data.

Parents find the system quick and easy to complete and with the majority of the fields on the form already auto-populated with information already held on the management system and completed on previous terms forms.

Funding Loop is a game changer when it comes to keeping on top of funding and the small cost per child is out-weighed by the number of admin hours saved.
