​If you are a business owner looking for vehicle finance, stop scrolling and just ask for James at Tide.
​Securing the business finance for our new company car (a Tesla Model 3) was incredibly straightforward, but where James truly proved his worth was on collection day. The actual lender made a massive administrative error and attached the £50,000 CHAPS payment to an old, cancelled order number instead of the current one.
​I was physically stuck at the Tesla delivery hub in Manchester, dealing with a rigid "computer says no" automated system that refused to release the car to me. Instead of washing his hands of the situation because the paperwork was done, James stepped up entirely. He spent his entire morning fighting my corner, relentlessly bombarding Tesla's finance and customer service departments with emails, and pulling the exact banking paper trails I needed to force the dealership to hand over the keys.
​It is incredibly rare to find a broker who actually cares what happens after the agreement is signed. James went above and beyond to fix a highly stressful nightmare that wasn't even his fault. Absolutely phenomenal, bulldog-like customer service. Highly recommended.
