The staff and service at Funeralwise saved the day! I had to make a panic replacement purchase for my mother's urn. The first place we ordered from on Etsy delivered a disaster unfit for pet ashes, let alone my mother. Everything happens for a reason though. It led me to find the most perfect, and most like my mother urn I could possibly find. I reached out on March 8th to the folks at Funeralwise concerned that if I ordered it, it would not arrive on time. They assured me it would and shipped it out that day. It arrived on the 11th and it was absolutely beautiful. Funeralwise, you are appreciated!

The lighthouse urn I ordered was beautiful, but it is much larger than it looked in the pictures and is shinier. I was thinking more of a brushed nickel, but the shiney spots are more like chrome.

I was struggling to find an urn that fit my home for my brother. This company had the same exact urn as the funeral home. Except this company was priced fairly. The shipping was quick and they really protected the package so it was safe during shipping.
Losing someone you love is difficult and expensive. This was the only easy process I had throughout my loss.

The Urn I ordered for my Aunt's ashes is absolutely beautiful. The only issue I have is I called the company's numbered to speak with someone direct, left a message and have to this date have not received a return call. Just not good PR - beautiful urn not so good response back. Thank You

The memorial urn I ordered was shipped right away and arrived quickly. The shipping notification had gone to my spam folder, so I sent an email to inquire on the shipping status. They responded right away, to assure me it was on it's way.

We had ours engraved and the urn was perfect. Very beautiful. It also came very quickly. We requested it for the following week and it was delivered in 2 days. Thank you so much

These were the first thing I found when we did an online search at the funeral parlor. The urns are traditionally shaped, seem to be a paper mache material which is perfect for a water "burial." There is an app on a folder inside to add the location to a database which is something I did not spot on the website. The urns can have messages or designs written on them as well.

It looks beautiful but had some scratches on top.
