I thought it would be a solid silver


I thought it would be a solid silver piece made of metal, and not two silver pieces of plastic that had to be taped together. It does get the job done though, thank you.

I wanted my engraving a specific format


I wanted my engraving a very specific way in terms of line and character spacing. The staff went back and forth with me to clarify what I wanted and sent me proofs to review. Their attention to detail and professional is notable. My fur baby’s urn looks just the way I had hoped.
