The bamboo eco-urn is simple and elegant. I could not be more pleased to honor my beloved husband with this urn. When I brought it to the funeral home for his ashes, the employee came out of the back to ask where I'd gotten it. He, too, appreciated the design and the workmanship.
It arrived in a timely manner and was well packaged.

Easy and Dependable

The urn was being shipped from a Western state on the same day it was ordered. It arrived very soon, much to my surprise!! Then I realized the importance of a quick response in order to facilitate funeral/burial/ services by the family of the deceased. Funeralwise is aware of that fact and acts immediately. Dependable. The purchaser is kept apprised of the shipment journey.

Fantastic customer service

Fantastic customer service! We received the merchandise in a very timely manner. The price was lower at Funeralwise and it was a better product.

The description says three sides have roses, but the one sent has only one side with roses.

I am considering sending it back.

I only learned of scattering urns a few days before a memorial service

I only learned of scattering urns a few days before a memorial service, and Funeralwise came through for me!! They responded to my email in a matter of hours and had my order out on FedEx that day (I was happy to pay the additional charge!). The urn arrived in time and was absolutely lovely. Thanks for the great customer service!

Beautiful design and fast service
