They have all the resources needed to prepare, plan and execute one's funeral. They take the guess work out of what to do and guide you through the process. Simple Amazing!

Ordered urn and received it in less than a week.

I read every email that Funeralwise.com sends me. I am a long way from making decisions about final arrangements and whether to prepay or not. I am still in phase one which is online research. I appreciate that Funeralwise.com continues to send informative and very helpful emails to me.

I had seen this urn on other sites but the pricing from Funeralwise is much more in my budget. The urn is absolutely beautiful. The cloisonné pattern is very intricate and the colors are very nice. I am very pleased.

Nice product, shipped quickly

Very quick to reply with answers to my questions and shipped very quickly. Product arrived well packed.

The Brass Urn I ordered for my beautiful Belgian Malinois, Ella, is not only elegant with paw prints around the upper portion of the Urn but the etching was well done. Ella was only 18 mos. old when she passed and that broke my heart. The Urn was scheduled to arrive in approximately 7+ days and it arrived in 6. The price was reasonable, the appearance was perfect and the delivery was early. Kudos to Funeralwise for it's excellence.

The transaction went just fine, everyone that was with me when the ashes of my parents were really impressed with the urns. One service I think might be a nice addition is a service to personalize the urns if people wish to. A simple laser engraver would make it possible to have what ever the customer wishes to have put on the urns.

I received my biodegradable container and it is just what I hoped it would be. I will not be actually using it until next month but so far it is exactly what I need.

I was looking for a very specific urn and didn't expect a prompt, personalized response to their help chat but I got one within a few hours. They recommended a few options based on my needs and I ended up purchasing a beautiful urn. Great company with fair prices and quick shipping.

I like the product that I received but it’s absolutely over priced.

This is our second pet urn we order from Funeralwise. They have the best and most beautiful pet urns I’ve seen so far, plus the prices are very reasonable! Fast shipping also, we got our urn the same day we got back our little princess ashes.

Easy to order and delivery arrived quicker than expected.

They are advertising merchandise from a third party which they only offer you two products. Then once the third party reaches out the paying consumer then is able to see a variety of other items after purchase. Funeralwise and the third party didn't take my concerns seriously. They offered me my money back. Everything had an answer. Their customer service is a NO for me and this is already a stressful time.The passing of a loved one!! Although it's a year later it still hits hard. And the poor service I received, I guess once the right person complains things will change!!
