When my mum passed away I wanted to repatriate her back to Slovakia. I have chosen Funero based on reviews and I could not fault the whole process from the start till the end. The communication was quick, easy, messages were always answered asap and I had updates trough out the process. Sebastian who I communicated with was very respectful and helpful. On top of services, the price was very competitive. I highly recommend Funero UK.

I, as the sender, was treated with sensitivity. The recipent in UK was kept informed. This service, repatriation of the remains of family members, is something I hope never to have to use again. That said, if I ever did , I would have no hesitation in using Funero, and I now have no hesitation in recommending them. They made a dreadful time of grief a little more bearable.

When choosing it was hard as we had never done anything like this before. We definitely chose the right company. Their ethics is based around caring. From start to finish Sebastian and his team worked effortlessly for a smooth process and took all the stress away. Our family can not thank Funero enough for the support at such a difficult time.

Although they seem to work remotely, the service was fantastic. Any emails, WhatsApp, or calls are all sorted very quickly and efficiently. The funeral directors they chose overseas were excellent, and finally, I got my brother's ashes home (Easter caused a bit of a delay!). Sebastian and co. told me the exact time of the cremation abroad so that I could sit quietly in a church and did absolutely everything I requested with great efficiency. I thoroughly recommend them for both price and service. And they have a local number which helps so much.

Fumerò repatriated my mother from London to a remote village in Italy. They also organised a church service in London. The team dealt with all the required documentation locally and international without fuss and very professional. All the arrangements were carried well and on time.
