Funnelish support is a complete waste of time. The support team lacks basic knowledge of HTML and CSS. A simple issue that should take 20–30 minutes ends up taking 3–4 hours. I would never recommend it to any client. If there were an option to give 0-star reviews, I definitely would.

I frequently experience technical glitches and bugs with this service. Things don't always work as they should, which is frustrating enough, but the customer support is the worst I’ve seen.

You have to wait over 12 hours for a single response! In e-commerce, this is unacceptable. It feels like they don't value their customers' time at all. If you're looking for a stable platform with quick help, this isn't it.

Funnelish is amazing, because it tackles the main painpoints around shopify's lack of post purchase customization and flexibility while also being simple enough to the point where you dont need devs unlike checkout champ or other solutions

They always answer fast, find the problem, gives solution. Very respectful, always on point! Any problem, they will not stop until the problem is resolve.

Funnelish is a great service, sometimes there is flaws in editing, but support is really fast and proffesional so its no problem and they really help you resolve the issues

I'm very satisfied with Funnelish's live chat support. They always manage to pinpoint the problem and find a solution right away.
Sure, sometimes they do experience some delays (for example, during the launch of version 2, waiting times were significantly longer), but if you're a bit smart and think about it, you'll understand that and know it's not the live support's fault.

Funnelish is a GREAT software for Sales Funnels.

Support is great, Analytics are great, A/B Tests are included and easy to set up and analyze.

And: price is absolutely fire for what they offer.

(Much better than Shopify lol)
